Villa Barolo is a privately owned and managed in-resort Villa at Cypress Lakes Resort giving you flexibility and value offering

Overlooking the highly rated golf resort complex which is now under new ownership, this self contained luxury retreat has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with its own en-suite and a separate powder room down stairs. Each bedroom has king ensembles and a sumptuous latex mattress sofa bed in the lounge ottoman giving flexibility in catering for couples, families and golf groups .Linen and amenities are provided for all beds. BYO pool towels.

It has a sunny living area leading onto a large deck with an 8 setting table and chairs, BBQ and an outdoor heater for the cooler nights in the Hunter Valley.

Please note that the Ethanol fireplace is NOT supplied with fuel unless pre-purchased.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every necessity for modern day living and the lounge has a large screen Smart TV and Austar facilities. Bring your own music and connect to our speakers to set you in the right mood for that romantic candlelight dinner.

We also have included full laundry and ironing facilities within the Villa for those long term stays or emergencies.

Visit the local wineries and superb restaurants, challenge yourself on the 18 hole championship golf course or just relax in the Health Retreat and Spa.

The private villa swimming pool nearby is exclusive for non-resort guests.

Some resort facilities including the resort pool may not be available to private villa guests.

Great location, Great Villa!

There was an issue when we arrived so we contacted the property manager. He responded promptly and took action - it was all resolved very quickly! This Villa has everything you need - clean, well maintained and good layout/facilities. Would not hesitate to book here again!

Quality accommodation.

We were to attend a festival that was cancelled last minute. Michael was very understanding and cooperative. We decided to have the weekend away anyway. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with quality fittings and furnishings. It is centrally located on the Hunter, surrounded by wineries. Highly recommended.

Beautifully Refurbished

Very happy. The extra little touches, like the coffee machine with pods provided (although a few more would have been nice). Having things like alfoil and glad wrap in the kitchen was handy too. Lovely fixtures and fittings. I would definitely reccomend this property.
