Villa Premiere - Cypress Lakes Resort

NEWLY RENOVATED
This Villa has been ideally prepared and newly renovated for a couple looking for a romantic or relaxing getaway, or for 2 couples wanting to enjoy all the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Minimum 2 night stay
Long weekends - Minimum 3 night stay

Two bedrooms - Both with king size beds (can not be split into single beds)
Two bathrooms

Luxury furnishings which include:
WiFi available
Fully equipped NEW kitchen
75" Plasma Screen
Weber BBQ on balcony
32" LCD TV in each bedroom
Ensuite off the main bedroom
Main bathroom
Coffee machine (BYO - Aldi Coffee Pods)

Breathtaking views from the large balcony.

Linen & towels are included for 4 people.
Additional guests can stay at no extra charge but will need to bring their own towels & linen and bring an airbed.

Please Note: This Villa does not offer sofa beds or rollout beds and is not suitable for small children.

There are internal stairs in the Villa.
Once you reach the top of the stairs, the bedrooms, living areas and kitchen are all on one level.

Private Villa’s have access to the private villa swimming pool - adjacent to Villa 520. The Oaks Resort require annual membership to the main pool, gym etc.

Golf Course: Cypress Lakes Resort by Oaks Hotels & Resorts overlooks the 18 hole championship golf course and offers cart and club hire and reduced green fees for resort guests. There is a driving range and a putting green. Tuition is available from a resident professional.

We loved the view of the rolling hills and being so close to nature. The accomodation is close to the winery’s, restaurants, local markets and the gardens. We definitely will be heading back in the near future.

Wedding weekend

Great location with spectacular views. Great spot to stay while in the Hunter for a weddong.Short drive to most wineries and a few within walking distance if you really want to get into the tastings. Property has everything you need for a stay no matter the length. Will be staying here again next tim we head to the Hunter.

Beautiful Private Villa

2 bedroom upstairs villa in a beautiful bush setting. Kitchen was very well equipped. 2 bathrooms made our stay with friends very easy. Everything we needed was close by. Our host was lovely and easy communication and directions. Can’t wait to come back and drink wine on the balcony. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's close to the majority of wineries but also very quiet and tucked away. Great views. Able to watch the sunset over the mountains. The place was very nicely presented and very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Host communicated really well with us and everything was easy. Would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Cozy and peaceful with breathtaking views

The unit had everything we needed with comfortable bedding, very efficient climate control, great wifi, enormous tv for night time entertainment. Clean and well kept throughout. Loved the balcony with views to the mountains, farm land and vineyard.
