- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot and a highchair can be provided upon request for a small fee.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.

Onsite secure parking is available to guests.

Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night. (Bins are located behind privacy screen in the main carport. Should the red top bin (for General Rubbish) be full, there is a back up red topped bin down the left side of the building if looking at Aroha front door.)
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
