Modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, 2 minutes walk from the Main Street.
Where you can enjoy all the Restaurants, Bars and shopping Margaret River has to offer.
All rooms have queen beds.
There is a double lock up garage with additional off-street parking behind the Villa.
Open plan living area with TV and Bose sound system and free wifi. Outside is a BBQ, table and chairs for relaxing.
There are 2 mountain bikes and 3 body boards available for your use as well.

Beaches- some of the worlds most beautiful beaches are only a short drive away.

Surfing -many world class surf breaks are located a short distance away -let me know and I can recommend some spots depending on your skill level .

Winery/Brewery- enjoy some of the world renown local wineries and visit one of many boutique breweries in the area.

National Parks -beautiful national parks were you can enjoy walks or ride the bike trails

A great location within walking distance to all shops,cafes and eateries in main town. Communication with host was easy and the house was tidy,clean and had everything you would want for a short stay. Felt safe and secure with a lockup garage for your car.
