Shipyard is the best spot for those who like to walk to the beach, bike on the many secluded & shaded bike paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the only 3 nine hole courses on the island within minutes from the condo. Located across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort, which you can walk to the outdoor bar and restaurants. King in BR1, Queen in BR2, 2 Doubles in BR3, Queen Sofa bed.
