Fantastic property! Wound absolutely reccommend.

The property was perfect for our stay. They had everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, appliances, pots/pans, etc. The pool was fantastic and the covered area in the back was great to get out of the sun when needed. It was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults) with ample room and we will definitely stay there again if and when we come back to this area!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay! I wish you had let me know that you were experiencing some insect and screen enclosure issues. We do have an exterminator treating the property regularly but sometimes (especially summer months) there needs to be an extra treatment. If you had let me know we would have had all issues taken care of as soon as possible during your stay.

wish I booked a longer trip

My first VRBO rental was a great experience. Neighborhood is quiet, private, and the house is easy to live in. Property is exactly as described - with many household provisions, and a great location - convenient to PSL and Jensen Beach. Check in and out was a breeze. Enjoyed the Pool (mid Feb). Owner Lisa is VERY responsive (and as a first-timer, I had lots of annoying questions). If you are planning a trip and are having trouble narrowing down your choices, choose this property.

Furniture was not comfortable. House siding and sofit area needs to be powerwashed. Better lighting over bar area needed

Jan, During your stay, I attempted to reach out to you to make sure that you were satisfied with the property but I never received any response until the day of check out when you requested a later check out time. I am sorry that I could not accommodate your request due to the cleaning company's schedule and a new guest arriving in the afternoon. However, it does appear that you actually checked out of the property an hour later than scheduled anyway. Just to let you know, the soffit cannot be pressure washed due to the location and the nature of the material the soffit is made out of. Also, there is no "siding" on the house, it is stucco and paint and therefore, also cannot be pressure washed. The furniture throughout the house is uncomfortable? It would have been nice to know what you found uncomfortable. That is not a complaint that I have had from any other guest. The lighting in the kitchen and dining room is usually sufficient to illuminate the bar area. Most guests will communicate with me if there is any issue during their stay and I will always try to accommodate a guests needs. Since you did not communicate with me until the day of check out about wanting to stay at the property longer, it seems to me that you were not dissatisfied with the property until I could not accommodate a later check out. My hope is that if you choose to rent a different property that you will be better about communicating with the owner instead of just leaving a bad review.

Clean. Well kept. Interior is a little rough around the edges. Interior trim and finish could use a refresh. Lay out of neighborhood road system is bad. Floor plan worked well for us. Garage door opener was missing upon our arrival and we went without one for the week.

Best vacation house rental for families with kids

This house was more than what we expected! It had plenty of space for our family of 5 including 3 bedrooms and a large living room area. The pool was wonderful and our 3 kids enjoyed swimming each day of our stay. It is a great idea to rent this house in case it rains or is too windy and going to the beach isn't possible. Overall a great experience!

Comfortable stay.

My Wife and I visited our Daughter for the birth of our Grandson. Home was clean and comfortable and Lisa was very accomodating allowing us to extend our stay an additional 3 days. We rent homes frequently for vacations and the only minus here being a rule to strip the bedding, wash, dry and remake the bed all before 11am check out. This is generally why you pay a housekeeping fee. Other than that great stay.

The property was nice, great location for what we wanted

The property was nice, had a problem with the hot water and it took two days to get someone out to fix solar panel - pipes, but the owner was responsive and did the best they could to correct the problem. While the pool is heated by a solar panel - we just happened to be there during a cold period in January and the water in the pool never did warm up to our liking. With all that said the rest of the house was really nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were nice. The house has a nice flow to it and we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this property to other travelers.
