About this property

PGA Village Luxury Golf Villa 1st floor.

PGA Village is located 40 minutes North of West Palm Beach International Airport, one minute off I-95 at the Saint Lucie West Exit. The Villa is situated in the 'Castle Pines' section of the PGA Resort gated community. It is custom decorated in an Old World Décor and completely renovated with brand new carpet throughout, paint and linens.

It is a first floor unit so there is no steps to climb with your clubs. The PGA Village (site of the PGA qualifying school) has three immaculate championship golf courses two designed by 'Tom Fazio' and the other by 'Pete Dye'. It also has a 35 acre PGA Learning Center, the PGA of America Historic center, a practice range, a pitch and putt course, putting green, fully stocked golf shop, full restaurant and bar. Tee times can by reserved up to nine days in advance with no extra cost.

PGA Village is 12 miles to the center of Port St. Lucie which is adjacent to Hutchinson Island, shopping, Intracostal view restaurants, entertainment and public beaches. It is a complete and beautiful resort.

We'd stay here again!

Jim was immediately responsive from beginning to end, location was perfect for visiting with family nearby while having a comfortable place to land each night with comfortable beds for all. The lanai was a great place to sit and the pool great. Highly recommend this place.

This property was absolutely wonderful! Comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and the building was quiet. Our host was also super helpful in getting us acclimated to the unit. Definitely keeping this location on my favorites list!

Overall nice place to stay

Very clean and nicely furnished condo in a nice resort development. Had some issues with fluctuating hot water tank temperature which owner was more than willing to fix but we decided we could live with it for our short stay.

Perfect Location

I came down for a golf trip and could not be happier with the proximity to the PGA Golf Club. The property was very quiet and clean. The owner communication was great! The property itself was very clean and decorated nicely. It was a very relaxing atmosphere both inside the property and around the community. I definitely would stay here again.

We will be back! We have been coming to PSL and staying in Castle Pines rentals when not staying at my parents villa (also in Castle Pines) for over 20 years and this was by far our best experience. It was the most updated and clean unit we have stayed in, the host was readily available, and all the little travel details were in place - hangers, hand soap, hampers, cleaning supplies, and more. We highly recommend!

Nice accommodations

The condo has everything needed for our month stay. The homeowner, Jim was excellent to do business with, providing a thorough explanation of the check in process and what to expect once we arrived, he did not miss any detail. The beds are very comfortable, nice linens. Awesome heated pool and a bonus as the condo is located close to the pool. Located just off Hwy I-75 made it easy to head north or south to area communities/ beaches. Met many new friends!

The facility was better than what we had expected. The pictures must be from before renovations.

The facility was clean and well equipped. Close to the pool. The security in the complex were very helpful answering questions. The furniture was comfortable. The location was close to many restaurants and shopping. We were only 20 minutes from the beaches and marinas. The host was easy to reach and very helpful in navigating the complex. We would stay here again and highly recommend this site to any of our friends.

Great location

While otherwise clean the floors & baseboards were very dirty. The remains of a broken wineglass were in the dishwasher. The sofa and the chair were so uncomfortable that we both got backaches whenever we sat on them. The blinds need to be replaced as they don’t work properly. There were ample supplies that we appreciated and you can’t beat the location.

Castle Pines, Port St Lucie, Florida

We have stayed at different Castle Pines condos twice a year for many years. We love this area. The flooring was beautiful & we had everything we needed. The washer & dryer are a great feature to have. Our only issue was the pool closing at 6:30 every evening. It used to be open until 10 & a lot of owners & renters were upset about it, including us, but we will definitely stay here again.
