The home was in a great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. The down side was that the AC did not work very well and the home stayed warm. Also the thermostat was able to be controlled remotely and one day we returned from being out and it had been turned up to 75 and the home was 76 degrees. There were many repairs that need to be done to the home. Overall I would give the home 3 stars.

After speaking to you about the thermostat and assessing the problem- it seemed that there had been a schedule set on the thermostat settings that was causing the temperature to adjust. the schedule was removed and is now working properly. Great location, splash pad and dog park across street and we utilized both. Well stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. Great communication with property management.Only concern was a/c did not keep up very well, during warm part of day and when cooking in kitchen. Even with this we would probably book again.

We enjoyed our time in Galveston, and we also enjoyed staying at this home on our visit. There were a few minor inconveniences and maintenance issues, but overall, we did like the house and its location to the Seawall area.

There was a large water bug in the bedroom that my husband had to kill. Understandable since it’s by the water. The house was very very hot and took forever to cool down. All the amenities were nice to have (washer/dryer/kitchen). The walls need to be repainted, it looks very worn, and there are tears all over the paint. The couch small couch had a tear on the cushion, making it look old. It could have been a much nicer place to stay if the upkeep of the house was better. I wouldn’t stay there again, the hotels in the area are much cheaper.

Excellent location and property

The home is close enough to the beach and local sites to walk to, easy location for deliveries. The home was the perfect size for our group, and exceptionally clean. The owners were immediately accessible by text, everything was perfect for a weekend getaway with no worries! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Really enjoyed the quick trip down for the weekend to spend in Galveston. Place is located in a great spot, easy to get to the sea wall, Pleasure Pier, ect. Quick responses to all communication, would stay there again.

Beach-a-rific

We were originally surprised by the unusual layout-like a bathroom with three doors-but it turned out to be a very functional set-up. The dine in kitchen was small and exceedingly well laid out. We did breakfast and lunch in everyday with our family of 5 and it was easy to cook and enjoyable to dine in. The laundry room is really nice. And it's super close to the beach, Pleasure Pier, and a ton of restaurants.
