This was a very comfortable home for us and our dog. The decks front and back are great, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to utilise them.Good base to explore the island being quite central to attractions.

House was tidy, well equipped, beds were very comfortable, coffee shops, cafes in 10-15 minutes walking distance, a restaurant close by a 5 minute drive, great scenery out front, boat ramp 5 minutes drive, was well worth the stay, definitely recommend staying here

We had a lovely 3 nights. Loved the fire place with ample supply of wood and Monopoly. Great location, lovely little walking trail to the oyster factory and close to The Shed for a good dinner. Carol was very helpful and the house was great value for money. We had our own coffee beans, body gel, shampoo etc... recommend to other travellers to bring those little necessities in advance too as shops arent super close. Will recommend to others for sure

Great location for a Kangaroo Island getaway. Very reasonably priced and communication from host was excellent. Clean, tidy and comfortable for our group. Kitchen was well appointed for home cooking. Location was great for walking to the coffee van and the pier to see the seals. We even spotted dolphins in the bay during our stay. A beautiful part of the world.

Our family really enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing Easter holiday at Bay Waters. A great outlook overlooking the quiet waterways of American River. The house was spacious, clean and tidy and the outdoor decking was much enjoyed and well used!

We really enjoyed our stay at this holiday house. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with plenty of space for us and our dog. It was great to find a place that genuinely welcomed pets without compromising on comfort. Everything we needed was provided, and we’d happily stay again.
