I can’t think of anything this property didn’t offer…oh…except a hand shower (though the shower head was tiny but excellent. Watch out because the water is very hot).Such a comfortable and warm place to stay. Plenty of room and the most amazing views.Sit out the front and if the mafioso seagulls aren’t around, you may see Superb Fairy Wrens bobbing around on the grass, searching for insects or grubs. My husband enjoyed a morning run on the beach.The skyscapes were amazing, especially a full moon rising out of the sea.No complaints and full marks.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Jayne.

The host was very easy to communicate with, the property was exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised. The book the host left was very thorough; loved the hikes she recommended. Very close to town center and ferry. You will need a car if you plan on visiting the west end or Kingscote. This rental was a perfect way to end our trip in Australia.

Great beachside accommodation, super clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Couldn't beat the beach views, and we saw pods of dolphins playing daily! Jayne was also very responsive with communications and a great host.

Lovely cottage, Jayne the owner was very welcoming. The accommodation was perfect for our family and in an amazing spot. Loved it and highly recommend a visit.

Perfect getaway cottage

Small but well appointed cottage in an excellent location. Lovely little back garden, and the verandah provided great views over the ocean - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Gorgeous place to stay

We were lucky to have 4 nights at this delightful accomodation in Penneshaw. It is one of the best places we have stayed. Lovely views from the main rooms including the bedroom, you can watch the ferry arrive and depart, walk up the beach to a great coffee shop and travel to interesting sites on the island. I highly recommend the cannery walk at American river, it is about 1 hour

Gorgeous cottage by the sea

Loved everything about this little house on the beach front. Great views across the water to watch the ferries coming and going. Beautifully presented and clean. Walking distances to cafes and the Penneshaw pub. Would highly recommend

The cottage was immaculate and beautifully presented, and provided all the comforts of home. Situated directly across from the beach it was the perfect location to relax and enjoy watching dolphins and blue wrens visiting from the front porch, while enjoying a glass of wine in this quiet pretty location.Jayne was welcoming and responsive with communications.The perfect place to stay on such a beautiful island.Thank you Jayne we loved and highly recommend your cottage.

What a wonderful cottage by the sea, great views across the strait to the mainland and Penneshaw Ferry Terminal.Great location, short walk into town for supplies and meals.The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with a well equipped kitchen, ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The cottage is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The wildlife that visits is an added bonus.Highly recommend you check out Cape View Cottage.

Summer holiday

The property has all that's needed for a perfect summer holiday. Well equipped kitchen. Super clean living area and very comfy beds. Lovely to sit out on the verandah and watch the dolphins. A very short stroll to the beach with its beautiful crystal clear water and white sands. Perfect!

Great location, very welcoming.

Well appointed, had everything we needed. The heating and lights were on as we arrived after dark in winter. The owner was easy to contact when the directions given via stayz app were inaccurate. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Shower had good pressure. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you.
