I would love to give this property a 5 star rating as it is in a great location with amazing views with good amenities but it lacks in presentation. The couches and seating were old there is black mould in the ceiling in some areas and luckily we go to the gym because the main living room door to the balcony was bloody hard to open! In its hay day this property would have been absolutely beautiful but the years are now showing. Still a good stay but from the pictures I felt a little let down.

We take pride in maintaining the house and are always working to keep it in great condition. The couches are only five years old and regularly cleaned, the small mould issue you mentioned has been treated and fully rectified, and the heavy balcony door has been fixed. Being so close to the beach means that wear and tear can occur more quickly, but we are committed to keeping everything comfortable and welcoming for our guests. Waterfront family home

This property is perfectly placed for a magnificent family holiday. Lots of space in the home, lots of activities…..pool table, table tennis table, all sorts of other activities. And….right on a surf beach. Perfect for wandering to the beach in any weather and enjoying the outdoors. The home itself is in need of some maintenance and a good spring clean. One of the main attractions is the magnificent view but the windows are filthy. Obviously being right on the beach it’s a big ask to keep the sea spray off the windows, but I suspect they haven’t been done in a long time. Also several maintenance issues….loose leg on the coffee table, front door difficult to close, light bulbs out in some of the bedrooms, front deck needs work as it’s wobbly, side gates almost impossible to open, tap in the kitchen swivels and difficult to operate. And several other minor issues. Having said that, the place is extremely family friendly and well stocked with entertainment. As well as being in a brilliant location.

Perfect large family getaway home

From the ease of checking in, to the late check out we had a BLAST! Perfect position for strolls to the gorgeous surf beach. The very large house is superbly suited and decked out for lots of family fun. We literally drove nowhere from the minute we arrived until we left. Wandered down to the BottleO and to the cute coffee van, but otherwise we’re completely entertained by all the activities in house, or the gorgeous beach. Highly recommend. We’re coming back for a week next time! PS we had a small issue with the hot water, which the owner was able to rectify over the phone with polite, happy instructions. Delightful weekend from all angles.

Amazing house

This is a great property with amazing views. Well designed and everything you could need. Bedding configuration is really good with en-suite for every bedroom. Suitable for adults and older children
