Excellent location on a tropical quiet cul-de-sac within blocks of Ironwood Country Club and Golf Course, with Oakwood Country Club just a short 10 minute jaunt by golf cart. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, plus office Sun Lakes home sleeps 6 and includes a Golf Cart and many other amenities. Settled on the Ironwood golf course within a quiet age-restricted community (ages 40+), this property is ideal for you and your friends looking to escape the winter harshness. Amenities at the house include flat screen TVs with internet and Youtube TV streaming service, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an HDTV, a view of the golf course and access to the backyard patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an HDTV. The 3rd bedroom/office has a sofa sleeper and a desk. Linens are provided for beds and bath. Keep in touch with your family and friends via the Internet and enjoy your favorite shows via Google streaming devices. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Enjoy your favorite team on one of the big screen TV's at the clubhouse, play 18 holes of golf or soak up some sun while relaxing in the Club's heated pool or spa. In addition, guests of Sun Lakes have access to all 5 Sun Lakes communities and club houses, which are accessible by golf cart, restrictions apply. Facilities available include golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, adult resort pool, lap pool, excellent restaurants and many social clubs. If you haven't tried pickle ball, it's a lot of fun and good exercise. Only monthly rentals are accepted. No smoking allowed.
Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis.
We do not allow cats.

We loved our stay from Dec to Feb. Hosts were very gracious and responsive to any inquiries. The house was well stocked and location great proximity to groceries, reataurants and golf community. Use of the golf cart for exploring sun lakes community an extra bonus!

Highly Recommend !

We stayed here as a rental home throughout July and we couldn't have been more pleased with the property. It was perfect for what we were looking for while searching for a home in the area to purchase as we had just relocated from Washington State to Arizona. Great, prompt communication whenever we had a question. The golf cart was so much fun! Location was great and close to everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Great place for a short stay

It wasn't easy getting anywhere short term while transitioning houses. I have dog and wasn't going to stay in hotel for month even for a corporate relocation where I don't pay for the hotel. This was perfect, everything you need for a couple of months. Never though I would like backing up to a golf course, but this course is private with only a few people going by a day and in the evening when the sun is going down, it turns into kind of bird sancuary.

Relaxing oasis for our Christmas family reunion

Thank-you to Rob and his wonderful property manager Sara for providing such a welcoming home for our family get together. Our experience was great from the time we booked the reservation until we had to return to our cold northern climate. Big plus: the reservation was promptly answered and all questions immediately addressed. Sara was readily available, very accommodating and friendly. The house is exactly as reflected online and we enjoyed every moment spent there. We have rented many times before around the country and finding the kitchen so well equipped was a pleasant surprise. The community is friendly, welcoming and we thorough enjoyed the golf course. Wonderful time, thank-you! Debby R.

Excellent property

The Beechhouse was perfect for our needs and had the property been available we would have loved to extend our stay. The hosts were attentive and no considerate. We appreciated the binder with all the information needed plus helpful recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful fenced back yard. The community offers golf courses, pools, a beautiful walking path and is very dog friendly. The location is convenient to restaurants and many parks. Everything about the house and location was exceptional.

Our stay

Anything you could possibly want is close to this property. Grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, golf. Truly resort style living. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and supplied it. All you need to bring is your own personal items. The beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. I would stay again and highly recommend this property.

Great Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The homeowner met us as we arrived to show us around and familiarized us with the property. The house was so clean and bright. We were immediately “at home.” We enjoyed the amenities of the community as well as the proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful home with a fantastic view

The Beech House is extremely comfortable with a park like setting. The host family goes out of their way to ensure all details are provided. The location near the Chandler Heights Rd exit is very convenient. The only problem was the Covid-19 crisis which limited some amenities. We thank everyone involved in making this a memorable stay.

Wonderful place!

Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. Plenty of room for us and our 2 dogs. Backyard was beautiful. Access to golf cart and amenities in the community was great. House had everything that was needed, plenty of towels, an office with printer, etc. Sarah was very responsive when needed and open to suggestions. Would definitely stay again!

Great golfing vacation home!

This was my first experience with VRBO; and I'm please to say it was a very positive one. This home in Sun Lakes was ideally located on the fifth fairway of the Ironwood golf course; great views of the course, close to the country club, and conveniently located to the north entrance of this gated community, which made getting around a Chandler and the surrounding area a breeze. Ironwood is also the only area in Sun lakes with sidewalks, which is a plus for anyone who likes to get their cardio exercise walking outside. This home is on a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic, it's very quiet and peaceful. The back patio has a nice gas grill, patio table/chairs to enjoy the awesome AZ weather. Some of the most enjoyable times (when not on the golf course) were spent grilling or just relaxing on the patio and watching the golfers. For avid golfers, this venue is pretty special. The home is furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay to include a golf cart. The house is maintained well, everything worked, there were no problems/issues encountered - period. The house was organized well, the kitchen lacked for nothing, the Wi-Fi, and two big screen TVs with satellite were gems. The owners and the local manager were not needed during the stay, but discussions with them prior to arriving at Sun Lakes were very helpful, they answered or clarified all questions. They communicated clearly and accurately ensuring no ambiguity. The house has a binder with instructions for the home, information on the local area, and checklists to get visitors settled into the house and Sun Lakes, it was very helpful. I appreciated the departure checklist which let me know what their expectations were for check-out. To recap: Very nice home, well maintained/managed, great location, no issues during the vacation, and awesome golf! I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation destination.

Beautiful home right on the golf course!

The home is beautiful and has everything you need! Very quiet and peaceful street just a couple blocks from the club house. Owner and local property manager were there to help if we needed anything. I would highly recommend to out of town guests!

Relaxing, winter getaway

My wife and I stayed here for two months, February and March. Very nice well kept house on a quiet dead-end street. Clean, spacious, inviting home. Beds and bedding were new and comfortable. The outdoor space has a great grill and backs up to a golf course. Thank you for allowing use to use your beautiful property. The golf cart was a joy to ride around in the neighborhood and to the country clubs. The neighbors had an abundance of fruit so no shortage on fruit! The owner was always helpful, very friendly and making sure we had everything needed.

After visiting our daughter in Chandler one spring, we fell in love with the Sun Lakes community and all it has to offer. We feel we found the perfect house to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather during the dark and dreary northern winter!
