KVH PANORAMA GUEST HOUSE

Close to Mt Beauty, approx 0.5 hrs drive from Bright, recently renovated holiday house with excellent views of the valley and Mt Bogong from the lounge and front deck.

Features 3 bedrooms, large dining and living area, the house is fully insulated including double glazed windows. It has reverse cycle air-conditioner and a flame effect electric heater. The house also has solar panels & mains power connection.

The property has a large back yard and a double open door garage. The property is fully fenced with colour bond steel fencing and the back yard has fences and gates for added piece of mind.

The holiday house is an excellent base from which to explore the area or just to relax and take in the scenery.

Pets, please note suitable for well behaved dogs only and are not allowed inside the house.

Important please note that a standard Holiday Rental agreement will need to be signed and returned along with ID, prior to arrival at the property. If you wish to see the Rental Agreement and terms prior to booking please contact me for a copy.

Great central location near Bright and Falls Creek. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time. Had everything we needed, everything worked well and it was a great base.

Relaxing and peaceful getaway

I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there. So peaceful and tranquil. Top spot with Mt Beauty only a short trip down the road.

Quiet, Comfortable Holiday House

A generally great little holiday house, close to Mount Beauty and Falls Creek without being right in the middle of it. Wonderful views across the valley and Mt Bogong.

Everything we needed

We were visiting friends in the area so only needed somewhere to sleep, bathe and leave our things.The house was perfect for all of that. Was very clean and had plenty of space for 5 of us.Would definitely stay there again.

House was as described, immaculately clean, great view, comfy beds. Simple with all we needed. The only suggestion is having fans in the bedrooms. The A/C did not cool the entire house as promised. It was not a particularly hot day (29ish) but the smoke from bushfires meant we did not want to keep windows open at night. Fans would have been sufficient where the aircon did not reach (in 2 of the 3 bedrooms).

A nice and cozy place with beautiful and quiet surroundings. Well maintained.We were there in autumn and the surrounding were in full of autumn colours.Highly recommended.

Beautiful views and easy to care for home.

Had a lovely time here and loved the feel of the area. It was very relaxing. The only complaint is there wasn’t enough shade in the back garden. It was very hot and we couldn’t leave our dog out there so had to tie her up in the front garden. Could also have done with fans in the bedrooms.

Fantastic gateway to Alpine region

We stayed at KVH panorama for several nights and enjoyed the surrounding areas of Mt Beauty, Bright and Myrtleford. This house is beautifully presented and a perfect spot to enjoy the region. The outlook from the house is even better in person. Would highly recommend!

Short stay

Enjoyed our long weekend away. It was a nice touch to arrive with the heating and lights on. Very easy to find everything. Big yard for our dog, fully surrounded by a fence. Unfortunately our dog was able to find a way underneath the gate. My family and I really enjoyed the location, scenery and the house. It would have been more helpful to have some larger bowls to use and our experience to date has been that normally basic supplies such as salt pepper, oil etcwould be available. A great place in a lovely area that we would highly recommend.

Beautiful view, very relaxing

We had an amazing 4 nights. The view changes with the weather, which was such a delight. The property was clean and as described, and had everything we needed for a really nice stay. The only really minor feedback is that the kitchen utensils / pans were a bit limited and some were worn out. But overall we just wanted to say a huge thank you and we hope to come back again!
