Lincoln Green Farm Stay

Lincoln Green Farm Stay offers luxury accommodation located on the owners 6th generation run family farm, boasting superb coastal and rural views! Whilst the property is situated just 3kms from the small coastal township of Penneshaw and the Sealink Ferry Terminal, it is still secluded enough to feel a world away.

Lincoln Green Farm Stay is fully self-contained and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. The stunning modern home offers up to five bedrooms, two kings, one queen and two with singles beds. There are three bathrooms, two of which are ensuites along with a large family bathroom complete with a deep bath, which services the queen and twin rooms on the second and third levels.

There is a full modern kitchen with high end appliances and a large open plan living area, featuring a wall of windows to take in the amazing views this property has to offer.

There is also a cosy wood fire for those cooler nights along with air-conditioning in the two king bedrooms and one of the twin bedrooms along with ceiling fans throughout the house for year round comfort.

The property offers free wifi for your convenience & a smart TV including Netflix to keep the kids happy at the end of the day or for those wanting to curl up on the couch for a movie night.

A large deck is situated at the front of the house and there is a small sheltered courtyard with barbecue facilities perfect for entertaining and for spending time with your family and friends.

In house catering available by KI Source for those special occasions. Please enquire for further information.

This is absolutely the perfect private getaway to share with your loved one's or with a group of family and friends.

Please note our property is a working farm therefore unfortunately we cannot accommodate your pets.

Please also note that we require a $500 security bond/departure guarantee, which will of course be fully refundable providing the property is left in good condition and our terms and conditions are met. There is a list or requirements as to how we would like the property left provided at the property, Please read this as failing to meet the requirements may result in a full or partial loss of your bond.

Great House

Idyllic 4 night stay

Awesome house - plenty of space, extremely well appointed with the stand-out kitchen having all possible equipment. We used 2 rooms only, and we slept extremely well - the beds and bedding were super. Washing machine and dryer were useful. Wonderful views, endless vistas. Really close to town, but definitely NOT in town. We enthusiastically recommend this wonderful house.

Kangaroo Head Farm stay

Me my family and our friends stayed at this pretty nice house at Kangaroo Head. It was our first trip to KI we were blown away by the views, and no noise apart from the birds. The house is very well presented, and of a generous size, which allows for a few couples or families to stay comfortably. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

A great get away in a fantastic spot with awesome views

Very well appointed property with fabulous views. So much to see on KI I think we did pretty well Admirals Arch, Seals Emu Bay Fishing charter, Bay of Shoals winery,Dudley Winery, Penneshaw pub, Cape Willoughby Lighthouse to name a few..

Fantastic getaway

We had a fantastic stay in KI and particularly the home in kangaro head. The house had everything we needed and more. The owners thought of everything including coffee pods and even choco from the region. The view over the bay was breathtaking. Beds etc.. all super comfy and even Netflix for the teenagers was a god send. Will recommend to everyone I know. Thanx again

Holiday at Lincoln Green Kangaroo Island

We had a wonderful time. Accommodation was excellent. The only issue we had was the hot water. We were always conscience of having very short showers and using cold water for washing. With 10 People everyone was constantly being reminded. This was an issue. Fortunately we turned into a game and everyone was reminding each other. Yes we would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful home.
