Refined Rustic Retreat at Silver Lake Village, Upper Deer Valley

Beautifully updated condominium #209 located within the upscale Black Bear Lodge in the Silver Lake Village area of Deer Valley. This rustic yet stylish home features a fully equipped kitchen with center island. Large, comfortable dining area. Two bedroom suites, each with a private full bathroom. Bedroom #1 sleeps three with a king bed and a futon bed. Bedroom #2 sleeps four with a king bed and bunk beds. We also have a queen AeroBed which can be set up in the living room. Comfortable and spacious living room with beautiful natural stone gas fireplace. There is also a convenient third full bathroom just off the living area. In-unit washer & dryer and central air, too! After a day of adventure, retreat to the deck for a soak in the private Jacuzzi and enjoy the breathtaking, scenic mountain views!

Restful getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend together here for our birthdays. The accommodations were great, the owners were communicative and helpful, and we so enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Get Away

Loved this rental. We were there for a few days for a business conference but it would be fun to stay at year round. And the sleeping arrangements were great and had 3 full bathrooms.

Great Location

Beautiful view. Nice big bedrooms and it was fabulous to have three bathrooms. Once we got the hang of the parking garage, it was easy to get around.

Fun times in Park City

The condo was perfect for my family of 4 and had everything we needed for our stay - kitchen essentials, cozy beds, games and a hot tub! The location was great, close to town with beautiful views. Karin was easy to communicate with and exceeded our expectations for a host. We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is in a convenient location, and we loved being able to run back to the condo in the middle of a ski day. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening, and the layout was perfect for our family of 4 (but could sleep even more if needed!) We would definitely stay here again on future trips to deer valley. Nice place to get away from it all

Nice place to get away from it all we had a nice day at your place it was good to get away from it all we were away from the city a little bit but easy to drive to if need be also had nice restaurants and took the run to the top of the hill your pool and Jacuzzi were nice and direct underground parking was great we will recommend friends

Comfortable, easy access to hikes

This two-bedroom property made for an extremely comfortable stay (including comfortable beds). We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the wind in the Aspens just outside. Excellent hiking trails (and ski trails in winter) were a short walk away, and other hiking trails with spectacular views were a short drive away. There was easy access to Main Street, as well. We had a marvelous stay, would definitely come back in any season.

Very Happy!

The property check all the boxes and we will definitely use again! This is our 4th trip out and the 4th place we stayed in Black Bear. The property is well loved and very clean. Had everything you would need and the view is beautiful . Easy communication with the owner too. I highly recommend this property !

Spring Break: Floridians Do Deer Valley

The lodge was only a few steps from the Deer Valley slopes that we enjoyed everyday of our stay. We frequented Park City's Main Street multiple times by simply contacting the Black Bear Lodge car service and taking a quick ten minute ride; the drivers were so helpful and courteous. We plan to return to the same lodge next year! The owners left a wonderful, welcoming gift basket that we appreciated, along with all the other tips she shared with us during our stay.

Great condo, perfect location for winter holiday

Our family of 5, ages 13-adult, loved the condo. There was plenty of space for kids in the bunk room. The "extra" hallway bathroom was an added bonus. We loved our private hot tub on the balcony. We had plenty of room for family dinners and hosting apres ski with friends. Karin was easy to communicate with before and during our stay! Also, the ability to walk to Silver Lake makes the location so convenient.
