Waverley Cottage at Bundara Farm

Waverley is a pretty country cottage with a beautiful new kitchen, two new bathrooms and a cosy county feel. With a serene rural outlook, the cottage has two bedrooms, each with a king bed that can be split into two singles. Linen is provided and the beds will be made up for your in preparation for your arrival.

The cottage has reverse-cycle air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a log fire. The fire is set and additional firewood is included during the winter months.

The cottage has a verandah with barbecue where you can enjoy a meal or drink.
Or curl up on the outdoor lounge and enjoy the view out over the paddocks and dam.

Bundara Farm is set on 15 acres, featuring beautiful gardens and green paddocks.
Pretty and peaceful, you will enjoy the abundant wildlife and our farmyard friends - two mini ponies, two Icelandic horses and cheeky chickens.

Only a few minutes' drive from the beautiful historic village of Berry, and five minutes from Seven Mile Beach - it’s the perfect spot for couples, a small family or a weekend away with friends! We are pet friendly too.

We have owned Bundara Farm for a year now, having moved from Sydney to enjoy the quieter life in Berry.
We love our little farm - it's beautiful and green and peaceful. We're surrounded by bird life and native animals, as well as our farmyard friends - Galloway cows, two mini ponies and chickens.
We enjoy hosting our guests and do our best to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Why they chose this property

Bundara Farm is in the most ideal location. In a quiet country lane, but only 4 minutes drive to historic Berry town, where you can enjoy the local cafes, shops and restaurants. 4 minutes in the other direction takes you to Seven Mile Beach and a little further down the road to Gerroa and Gerringong.
So, we enjoy the best of both worlds - country and coast!
