Winthrop's Vacation Home

A modern villa in a well located suburb less then 30 minutes drive from airport and City, less then 10 minutes from Fremantle. Close to Fiona Stanley hospital.
Walking distance to shops and park with children’s play ground.
The Villa has it’s own access with room to park 2 cars.
The Villa is a fully furnished 2 bedrooms one bathroom unit.
One bedroom has queen size bed and the other has 2 singles.
Linens and towels are provided.
Kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Flat screen TV with local channels.Free WiFi.
Front loader washing machine and ironing facility.
Basic amenities (soap, shampoo, detergent, coffee/tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper) provided to make your stay pleasant

the neighborhood

A public park with children's playground in just across the road.
Across the road from the park is a local shopping centre with lots of restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Lebanese, pizza, 24 hours McDonald, Hungry Jacks), 24 hours fitness centre and few others.
Piney lakes is a huge nature reserve in Winthrop about 20" walk from the property.

Getting Around

There are bus stops a few minutes walk from the villa. Located at Leach Highway and North Lake Road with direct bus to Fremantle, City and Bullcreek train station runs regularly.

By far the cleanest and tidiest property i have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Interior was immaculately cleaned and very well presented. Outdoors all plants and sitting area was spotless and clean. All plants were very well manicured. Property is very small but perfect for smaller groups.

Home away from home

This property is amazing. We stay every year travelling from the northwest due to specialist appointments we don’t have access to. Dean and Lisa are amazing, they’ve been nothing short of being extremely helpful. The property has everything we need and is easy access to both shops and everything else we require.
