About this property

Riverbend House is a two bedroom house with a modern open plan kitchen,dining and lounge room. Main bedroom has a queen bed with en suite. Second bedroom has king singles and a fold out bed in the lounge room if needed. Porta cot and high chair available on request. Main bathroom has a shower as well as a bath.Television and dvd player in lounge room as well as main bedroom. Wi-Fi and Stan . Fully ducted heating and air conditioning.
Guests have access to all parts of the house including secure single car garage. Spacious outdoor area including Weber bbq , eating area and a secure backyard for your children to play in. Riverbend House is pet friendly with a secure backyard for your pet to play in. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.

Full continental breakfast provisions provided for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Provisions left for your breakfast include:
Cereals (selection), milk, bread, butter, jam , vegemite, peanut butter, honey, fruit, juice, tea, instant coffee.
Dietary options available on request.
Condiments:Salt & Pepper, sugar, sugarine, olive oil.
Pantry items: glad wrap, foil, paper towel, baking paper,cooking spray.
Cleaning items: Tea towels, dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, fly spray.

Riverbend house is in a tranquil setting located 200 meters from the Murray River. Following the river walking track you can wander along the river for a pleasant and easy walk between the river red gums to Riverside Park and to the town center.We are a short drive away from Murray Downs Golf Course, Pioneer Settlement, Racecourse, Art Gallery. We have a farmers market the first Sunday of the month at Riverside park.

Firstly, many thanks to Gregory & Carolyn for presenting a 5 star property for our use, a most thoughtful couple. A week spent in a quiet location in a property with every conceivable thing supplied, clean & working. A lovely riverside town with plenty to do & see. We will be returning to this property. Cosy, clean, comfy stay.

Absolutely loved this house. The layout was perfect as I took my parents. Everything was spot on. Such a quiet, clean, comfortable, safe place to stay. We all had the best nights sleep. Close to everything especially the beautiful river walking track. Highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely, well considered accommodation , exceeded expectations!

Exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the little extras for breakfast and snacking! Very appreciative of this and it makes the first night so much easier. Beds were super comfortable (crisp, clean linen) and living space furniture comfortable and accommodating for 3-4 people. Quiet location. Check in and communication with Carolyn was super easy. Superb house and location

Such a beautiful home and fabulous location. Every comfort and convenience provided and a lovely and short walk to town along the river. Bo’s place a must for coffee, breakfast, lunch.

I had our staff stay at the property what a sensational property. Such attention to detail our staff felt at home with the continental breakfasts. Swan Hill retreat

My wife and I really loved this place, we are golf addicts and Murray Downs golf club with this house provided the perfect weekend getaway. Our little dog also loved the river walks and scenery. We will be returning soon.

Fantastic house!

Great house, very clean, walking distance to shops and pubs. Perfect weekend getaway location. Even had breakfast supplies, which makes life so much easier when travelling with kids. Will definitely stay again!

Clean and professionally managed. Bedding linen crisp with no musty odours. The breakfast items provided (including dietary needs) were a lovely touch. Property is in a quiet area, close to walking tracks along the Murray River, 10 mins walk to the CBD. Overall, a credit to the hosts.

Comfortable Stay

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here and it had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy not far from the Murray River. Would recommend this accommodation to others. It was also great that we could bring our pup as well. Thank you.
