Lynwood House is located in the centre of Mudgee wine country to the north of the main town and within 5 minutes to some of the regions best cellar doors including Steins (home to Pipeclay Pumphouse Restaurant ), Lowe Family Winery (home of Zin House), Di Lusso Estate, Bunnamagoo, Huntington Estate, Pieter Van Gent, Peterson's and many more.
Accommodation comprises 1 Queen bedroom, 2 King bedroom, 3 ensuite bathrooms , lounge, dining, kitchen, deck and pool. A king single day bed can be used if required to accommodate up to 7.

The kitchen is fully equipped and year round comfort is assured with all areas reverse cycle air conditioned. A wood fire is installed for guest enjoyment on those cold winter nights.
There is a covered back verandah and large deck overlooking the gardens. Access to the fully fenced swimming pool is provided for guests.

A large screen TV, Blu Ray, record player and selection of movies , games and books are provided.

All linen and towels are included . Some fresh kitchen supplies are also provided on your arrival... Milk, , eggs, butter, and a supply of condiments, tea and coffee. Please note we do not supply pool towels.

Bedroom are quiet and comfortable, fitted with blockout blinds for those morning sleep ins.
However the birdlife may stir you in the morning.
Lynwood is beautifully situated . The sunsets are magnificent and the landscape breathtaking.
