Great lake house

Fantastic house for a family (or extended family) holiday. Plenty of space, clean, everything you need and in an ideal location. Stones throw from the lake or a short drive to the surf beaches.

Very pleasant stay at the lake, in a very quiet area. Very nice view, nice house, large rooms. Nice amenities. Just the regret that the sheets are not included in the rental

One of the best properties we have ever stayed at

We stayed here for a long weekend with friends. It was more than enough space for two families to spend a weekend together. The kids were entertained with the soccer table and kayaks and loved having their own upstairs lounge room. The house was immaculate and they have spared no expense on the quality of furniture, accessories, cutlery etc. The view was amazing and we will definitely be returning, awesome value for money

New Years stay 2019/20

We stayed in Eleebana over the New Year period. The house is huge. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the upstairs kids retreat whilst the adults lounge around in the living area or outside on the deck. The views to Smiths Lake were incredible. Communication with the property manager Kate was great, she answered any and all queries we had in a timely manner.

What a hidden gem !

Stumbled apon this large holiday house and my family and I are smitten! Lots for the kids to do whilst we sat on the deck and took in the relaxed views, they loved the soccer table and having their own hang out upstairs. They provided everything we needed for a great family holiday. SPECIAL mention about the kayaks, being city dwellers we don't own things like this, so it was perfect to make great memories with the family. Thank you. We will be back !

Lakeside Lifestyle

We had three generations staying in Eleebana. The house is beautifully appointed and very spacious. Even with 8 of us it felt roomy, light and airy. Plenty of crockery and cultlery and large cookware to feed all 12 of us when the other kids staying nearby came around for dinner. Even a few days of rain didn’t deter us as there was plenty of space to spread out and do our own thing.The outlook is spectacular and only a very short walk down to the lake where we boated, fished, walked and swam.Lots of interesting birdlife and a very quiet, peaceful location.Our favourite beach was Cilento which is only a 5min drive away (or a very long walk around the lake’s edge if you’re keen).Highly recommended, and we hope to return in the future.

Beautiful location and comfortable

Lovely place to stay with the family. We had a super time with my parents who live overseas so don’t get to visit very often. Beautiful views and spacious house but I can’t understand why the owner/management seem so miser. At this price, and considering it’s a holiday, why not include bed linen and towels? Very confusing set up where they provide tea towels, bath mats and doona covers but not top or bottom sheets or any towels! Keep it simple and easy for your guests! Half a loo roll left in each bathroom as well. Small things that cost virtually nothing but make all the difference! Would probably look for an alternative next time in similar area because at this price, people expect to have a holiday from the mundane. Didn’t like the strongly worded essay of an email to remind us of no noise/house partying. Gave a rather tense start to what should be a relaxing holiday. Also got reminded by phone call too and at booking which was a bit overkill. (We were a party of grandparents and young infants so not sure what kind of party the my were expecting.) Too many patronising rules for my liking. Nails coming out of bottom of door frame in kids bunk room. Harmful for little feet. My father tried to fix it but it needs a hammer.

Blissful escape

This is an immaculate and perfectly positioned property. With stunning views over Smiths Lake, the house was incredibly well equipped and had everything we needed for a fabulous family beach holiday.

The property is lovely. Great views, spacious and has everything needed. The only disappointment was the rug in the lounge/TV room was filthy.

Beautiful Please to stay

We had a wonderful time at Eleebana. It's a great house with loads of room and the upstairs zone with sofa bed is a fantastic bonus. Beautiful views to the lake and perfect spot to relax and only a short stroll to the shoreline. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
