The Beach House - Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp

This family-friendly 3 bed beach house is one property back from Old Dunsborough boat ramp, swimming net, beaches and playground.

There is a large front deck for entertaining, open plan kitchen, living & dining, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a kids room with a queen/king single bunk bed in. The house has a main bathroom with shower, additional toilet off the laundry and a wood burner.

This house is all about the location! This is the most protected, picturesque and calm part of the bay, a step away from the beach and only a 3 minute drive or short stroll along the foreshore path to town. On your doorstep you'll find abundant beaches for surfing & fishing, golf courses, mountain bike tracks, world class wineries and restaurants.

TERMS
- Additional $175 for cleaning & bed linen per booking (does not inc. towels).
- Price based on 6 people sharing, including children.
- BOND $500 refunded within two weeks providing the property is left clean & tidy, in the condition that you find it. The cost of any damages or additional cleaning costs (beyond the norm) will be deducted from the bond.
- PETS considered providing they are not destructive or disruptive. In accordance with the Shire rules, pets are not to be left alone at the property at any time. Please note the garden is not fenced.

The Property Manager lives close by so if you're planning a big party this might not be the house for you.
