Several generations of my family owned lake property in the Berkshires. We enjoyed watersports and boating activites during our summers there and even some skating and xc skiing as conditions permitted. We used to have property at Sunday River and in recent years, we have enjoyed many mountains and lakes in Maine and New Hampshire, which are closer to our homes in Boston and the North Shore of Massachusetts. We are eager to continue to make memories with family and friends in our new home-away-from-home on the shore of serene Woods Pond. We are pleased to be able to offer our home for others to enjoy responsibly during some weeks of the year.

This home offers the perfect place for families to gather. There is space for everyone--an open concept inside and a large yard with easy access to the water. The lake is calm and quiet for viewing, swimming, and paddling...a lovely respite from our busy lives.
