This property was second to non and exceeded all of our expectations. We had the best weekend away amd wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to our friends. We look forward to stsying again in the future Thank you
The house was just fantastic for us and the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in! Had an amazing time exploring and so handy to have the pub close by too.
This house was perfect for our reunion of friends. Close to so many attractions and very well equipt for many nights of cooking the local produce that we bought. Would love to come back.
We all agreed this was the BEST accomodation we had ever booked - great space, excellent location, high end appointments, well catered sizeable kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean and a fireplace. It was unseasonably cold so we couldn’t use the deck or outdoor areas as much as we would have liked but the fire made up for it! Thankyou Karen for sharing your beautiful home by the coast!! Very special

We had a lovely stay at Cliff House. It is a beautiful house with plenty of space for a big group. We loved the decking area for relaxing outside. Karen, our host, was very helpful and we appreciated the thoughtful way the house was presented.

Beautiful home and great location. Very clean with everything you need. Great if have kids or teens as separate downstairs area for them to hang out. Walkable to Caves house and to Yallingup lagoon. Very responsive host and process easy and well organized. Would highly recommend loved our stay..
Stayed at Cliff Beach House for a 4-generation family celebration.Traveling with family ranging from 2-year olds to a great-grandma, the house worked for everyone. We really enjoyed how relaxing and peaceful the location was - with ocean views from the balcony for nana to relax and read her book - all within an easy 10 minute walk to the beach with the little ones. The house was also fully stocked with everything we needed (and so much more). An absolute gem and my only wish was that I didn't have to leave to go back to work.

Photos don't do the house justice, absolutely amazing house and couldn't fault the communication with the host. Plenty of games and entertainment for the whole family. Location was perfect, well stocked with glassware, plates, cheeseboards ETC. Entertainers Delight!
Thank You,

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and the house was fullly equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend, and would love to stay again.
Beautiful scenery, close to nature, beautiful house.
Wirh the combination of the scenery, proximity to Caves House and the layout of this beautiful house always makes for a holiday to give you the happiest of memories.
From the moment we walked through the door of this house we fell in love with it. It looked & smelt so fresh & clean. We were greeted with native floral arrangements & chocolate in the fridge. There are beautiful forest views from every room in the house & when you walk out onto the huge balcony you are able to see the Indian Ocean. This house was so well equipped you wanted for nothing. Attention to detail was impeccable. As for the owners they were so accommodating & understanding during these uncertain times. They were always prompt with their replies & actions to our questions &/or issues.
Kind regards 4 happy customers. 10/10
Brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back

About the host
Hosted by Karen Wallwork
My husband and I are now back in Perth but we lived at Cliff Beach House for several months when it was first built. I call it my happy place and I can't wait to move back when my husband retires.
Why they chose this property
Yallingup really is paradise. We both love the region. We are surrounded by national park, we have beautiful bays and beaches on our doorstep and the marine and bird life is abundant. This region offers healthy living and a multitude of recreational activities that we enjoy. We can walk to the beach for a swim or surf, ride our bikes along scenic bush tracks to a local boutique brewery, buy warm freshly baked bread from a nearby traditional wood-fired bakery or enjoy a leisurely lunch at any one of numerous world-class wineries and restaurants in the region. Yallingup is beautiful at all times of the year. You are immersed in nature every moment and it is good for the soul! It revitalises me and makes me feel young again.
What makes this property unique
Cliff Beach House is located in a sheltered but elevated position facing north across a narrow steep-sided valley formed over millenia by the Yallingup Brook. The house has extensive views across the valley to a limestone cliff in the Leeuwin National Park, hence the name, and to the picturesque Caves House gardens to the east and ocean to the west. The house is surrounded by native gardens and dense heathland vegetation, home to a plentitude of colourful bird varieties including yellow ringneck parrots, pink and grey galahs and black-cockatoos. Visits by the friendly avian locals as they forage for a meal are a daily ritual. From late winter through spring there are many wild flowers in bloom in the coastal heath. These are best observed by following the local walking trails, of which there are six short to medium length signposted walks beginning in Yallingup including the Quenda, Torpedo, Ghost, Caves and Wardanup Trails. If you are a speleologist you will also know that there are many limestone caves in the area to explore including the well-known Ngilgi Cave, which is within walking distance of the house. When we stay at the house, my husband's typical daily routine will start with an early morning walk to the beach and a surf if conditions are good or a jog along the beach if not; a walk back up the Ghost Trail to Andy's General Store for a bacon and egg burger and a coffee. Then back to the house to read the newspaper and attempt the cryptic crossword and sudoko. By then it is time to consider if lunch should be at a local winery or on the balcony followed by an afternoon nap. C'est la vie!
