This house was everything we had hoped it would be, loved how they kept it original, with some modern improvements, we had a family of 6 adults and surprisingly, we did not get in each other's way, the outside areas front and back gave us the space away when we needed it, the view and walking path is perfect.If I had to find a fault, it would be we couldn't all sit to watch TV together on the lounge chairs provided, but on the one occasion that we wanted to do that, we bought 1 chair from outside, problem solved!!Don't change anything, it is perfect.

Location was fantastic. House was outdated but liveable. Some things for the owner to consider updating in the advertising. Advertised as having plenty of games for kids to enjoy. There was 1 broken Foosball table. That was it. Also, we booked 7 nights for 3 Adults and 3 children. We were supplied all Linen, etc, which was fine, however we were only supplied 1 bath mat, 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and 3 garbage bags total. Minor inconveniences, yes, but something that should be considered given the length of stay and number of people.

For future guests, I would like to clarify a few details regarding our amenities: - Linen: We supply bath linen for the maximum capacity of the home (6 sets), along with one bath mat and one hand towel for the bathroom, and one hand towel for the laundry. This supply is consistent for all stays, regardless of the guest count or duration. A washing machine is provided on-site for guests who wish to launder items during their stay. - Starter Packs: As noted in our listing and booking messages (as shown below), we provide a starter pack of essentials for each stay, regardless of the group size or length of stay. "We supply STARTER BASICS only as incidentals. These are some tea, coffee, sugar sachets, spray oil, salt, pepper, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, some washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. Wonderful quiet stay close enough to walk to restaurants

The location is perfect, beautiful beach right opposite and an easy drive or bike ride to Busselton town centre. House is old but very clean and charming. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the views were amazing. Nothing beats watching the water from the front verandah. The house was clean when we arrived, the kitchen well equipped and the beds are comfortable. However it is an old house with a few old house issues and we did have some mice in the house during our stay. The host was very helpful and tried to provide solutions immediately. The inside shower pressure also wasn’t fantastic but the outside shower was helpful for after beach rinse offs.

Family vaca by the beach

Stunning property on arrival, very clean and homely. Plenty of room and games for family time. The view from the pounce was breathtaking. Lovely vibes and bottle of red as a gift, couldn’t have been happier. :)
