Awesome place to stay and catch up with friends with a great atmosphere there. Plenty of room and essentials.Close to the beach and not to far from town. Would recommend this property for a great place to stay with friends.

Haven by the bay

We had a great time both inside and outside the property. Kids loved the spa, access to the beach and safe bike riding areas, Kicking the footy out the front and back. The adults enjoyed outside cooking with a few drinks and generally relaxing down south. Thanks.

Birthday Holiday in Bussleton

Our stay at this property was amazing! We got very good use out of the spa out back as well as the BBQ for a lovely birthday lunch. I couldn't fault much at all, although just so they are aware the toaster in the kitchen appears to trip the electricity in the house? We tried multiple outlets only resulting in having to turn the power off/on multiple times. Other than that it is such a beautiful place to stay for friends and family :)

A well located, ordinary get away house.

An older property with budget renovations. Bathrooms good, bedrooms’ storage good. Good dishwasher and washing machine.1. Verticals in main bedroom need replacing. 2. Most venetian blind cords need attention, very flimsy.3. Bathroom tap dripping.4. Coffee cups need replacing, very scuffed and well worn.5. Tea towels inadequate, better quality would help.6. Reticulation needs attention, runs daily for hours wasting valuable (bore) water.7. Sprinklers soak entry mat to main bedroom.8. Leaves could be swept from front door prior to arrival of guests. I appreciate this is difficult to maintain in view of continuous falling leaves.9. Minor scuffing on some walls.10. Bunk room very small for TWO double bunks.11. Two pillows in main bedroom akin to sandbags.12. Broken glass in carport. Whilst this property is adequate, minor maintenance and updating would enhance it greatly. It is well located, we enjoyed our stay but feel it is not suitable for 9 guests.

Short stay.

Place was great. Would be nice if told the main bedroom with ensuite was situated outside, just for Those with young children, thankfully we had enough adults to supervise the children that came. Also unsure if it’s the water in Busselton but the spa water was a bit browny in colour so couldn’t use.
