Nancy and Jackie are incredible hosts. The property is in a great location to access Downtown. Some of the best bars and restaurants are a walkable three blocks away in what felt to be a safe neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Chattanooga!

We had a fantastic weekend in Chattanooga, thanks in no small part to our lovely and convenient accommodations. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. It was the perfect place to use as our base as it was pretty much right in the middle of all the sights we wanted to see while in town. Next time we visit Chattanooga we certainly hope to be able to enjoy Nancy's wonderful apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice, clean, and exactly as advertised. Nancy was fantastic to work with and made everything easy from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly simple and hassle-free. One thing that really stood out was the amenities — unlike many rentals where you get just the bare minimum, this condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. You can tell the extra attention to detail makes a difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Brittney, you are probably the best guest that's ever stayed in the condo. Looks like you cleaned the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. It was cleaner when you left than when you got here. You are a 10 out of 10 as far as guests are concerned.

Our stay was fantastic. Nancy is a great host. Location is downtown & no more than 15 minutes from anything you want to do. Clean, quiet neighborhood (minus the EMT Pod that's close by. Great time staying on our anniversary weekend. 10/10. Parking was easy, painless. Aquarium was minutes away.

Nancy was great at communicating with fast responses and recommendations on where to eat in the area. Free street parking was always available right across from the entrance and easy to get in and out. Lots of places within 5-10 min walk to eat and everything else was no more than a 15-20 min drive so great location. The main street near us was a little loud in the evening with loud muscle cars but they calmed down later in the night and didn’t seem to notice or bother us. Overall would definitely recommend!

Great 3 nights in Chattanooga! This listing was perfect for us.. great space, everything we needed to get started was there, parking a non-issue, clean and comfortable. The location was close to lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and most everything else a short drive. Great stay.. would def stay again next time we’re in the area. Thanks Nancy!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Perfect location. You are in walking distance to several restaurants. We were there for our granddaughter’s graduation and it is very close to UTC which was very convenient. Nancy was so kind to answer all the questions I had and one of the best host we’ve encountered.

The place was beautiful and well decorated. The beds and linens were so comfortable and the space was very quiet in a somewhat noisy area of town. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils. The checkout process was very easy and much appreciated :-) Groceries and activities were well within distance of the space and I highly recommend eating at Riverdance. It’s a short drive away but well worth it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to getaway to the Chattanooga area.

This was one of the best apartments I've stayed at. The apartment itself was beautifully constructed. It was incredibly clean. The hosts were amazing and were extremely attentive. The location was walk-able to many restaurants and the stadium. If I ever overnight in Chattanooga again, I would only reserve it with Nancy.
