additional access to a well-lit private parking lot behind the townhome equipped with motion detection sensors at night. Guests entitled to one parking space.

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification by providing a photo of your driver's license. This is done to ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and the property with extra protection.
