This incredible vacation rental, tucked into Mediterranean greenery, with accommodations for eight guests, forms an ideal haven for families and groups of friends seeking comfort, style, and convenience in this gem of the Montenegrin coast. The warm breeze, summer sunshine, and view of Mountain Orjen are perhaps best enjoyed from outdoor living areas with a swimming pool, lounge area with hammocks, a barbecue, and shaded sitting and dining areas. There is also a specially equipped outside area for children to play.
Inside, there is a spacious kitchen accompanied by the dining area and a chic living room with a fireplace.

What makes this property unique

We will take this opportunity to make a few remarks.

- Please note that city taxes (1€ per person per night) are not included in the accommodation price. Children under 12 years do not pay taxes.

- The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.

- The apartment on the first floor is not for rent. The second and third floors are equipped for rent, and in the photos you can see the interior and layout. Instead of garage, we built an apartment and owners stay there during the summer season.
The apartment is facing the other side and is completely isolated from the house and has its own entrance, so our guests have complete privacy, yard and pool is completely private and provided for guests.
For the first two years, the guests were completely alone, but we experienced various inconveniences, so we decided to turn the garage into an apartment. So far, it has suited all our guests because they have privacy, and yet if they needed anything, someone could be there for them.
