We find the place to be spotless, great location, about 10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. We would recommend updating some of the mattresses and pillows (too soft). Quiet and lovely neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time at your property. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds. One of the bunk beds is missing a ladder making it risky for the kids. The backyard could use attention; there were lawn tools outside; the shed unlocked; and a large piece of granite against the house. The remote control for the TV in the family room was a mystery:

Beautiful beach house, very relaxing and spacious. Large rooms and great decorations. Extra large table for eating. I only regret not bringing more people to experience it all with us.
