***Spectacular house Brioni with 2000m2 huge green garden,sea view***House 190m2 for 6+1 people. 2 living/dining room(air conditioner,satelite-TV,DVD). 1.Bedroom (king size,wardrobe), with WC(shower,bidet). 2.bedroom (2 single bed ,wardrobe), with WC(bathtube,bidet). 3. bedroom (king size,wardrobe), with WC(shower). The villa has 2 terrace. 1. terrace with fireplace and barbecue. The terrace also contains a small wc with washing machine .2.Terrace contains small table for morning coffie and brekfast. Open kichen with sea views (contains all cooking utensil). The dimension of swimming poll are 8x4m, 140 cm deep, surrounded with 6 sun bed and 4 comfortable summer chairs. The parking contain electric gate and 4 parking place . NEW : table tennis and badminton for fun !!

Whole house 190 m2(with pool) and garden 2000m its ONLY for turist ( you do not share with anybody). The house is now in gray color. #PRIVATEPROPERTY

*** 2 electric scooters and few bikes are available and free for the guests ***



House is isolated with trees and one long wall.The villa is located in a small fishing village Fažana, only 700 m from the beach and 800 m from the village centar .Fažana contains a number of quality restaurants with fresh fish and beautiful beaches.In the centar of this small village there is a ferry which leads to the Islands Brioni (only national park in Istria) who has his own Zoo. Fažana is situated 8 km from Pula ,which is the biggest city in Istria, famous for the Roman amphitheater and others Roman ruins.


Fažana contains a lot of water activities and big number of boat excursion (ferry direct to National park Brioni,boat ecursion around Brioni with swimming at island Sveti Jerolim,submarine trips).
The village is also famous by dolphins,there are sunset excursion where you can see them jumping out of the sea.

Geweldige accommodatie

Groot mooi huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed werkende airco in alle ruimtes en heerlijk zwembad. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fazana is geen heel bijzonder dorp, maar Pula is fantastisch en goed te bereiken.

Ein Traumurlaub. Fahrräder waren gebührenfrei, allerdings in keinem guten Zustand. Für Kurzstrecke zum Bäcker und in die Stadt ging es allerdings. Das einzige, was es zu bemängeln gab, war, dass die Duschbadewanne keine Duschstange hatte. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Zum Strand oder in die Stadt konnte man problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir schon einige Getränke vor, was sehr aufmerksam war. Einen großen Supermarkt erreicht man mit dem Auto in 3 min. Für kleine Einkäufe waren zwei Konsum Märkte im Ort vorhanden.

Traumhaus in Fazana

Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Der Gastgeber sorgt dafür dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Von der Sauberkeit, über die Ausstattung bis hin über Tipps für Ausflüge waren wir sehr von Paolo und seiner Familie verwöhnt worden. Ein Wiedersehen ist hier garantiert! Lg Mario und Familie

Sehr schön!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Haus sehr sauber, toller Pool und sehr schöner und gepflegter Garten. Lage des Hauses sehr gut: Nähe Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pula und Rovinj. Insgesamt also wirklich ein toller Urlaub in tollem Haus und Umgebung.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das sehr geräumige Haus mit Außenpool, Blick auf das Meer, großer Garten, überdachter Terrasse mit Grill und Kamin, die Küche mit Meeresblick und Kochinsel, liebevoller persönlicher Dekoration um und im Haus ist einfach nur wunderschön und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso auch die Altstadt mit Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen und kleinen Boutiquen uvm. war für uns ein traumhafter Urlaub. Die Fahrräder, die zur Verfügung standen, nutzten wir sehr oft und gerne. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo und seinen Eltern war super. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Istrien kommen, dann werden wir gleich nachsehen, ob das Haus wieder frei ist. Kurz um, eine Oase der Erholung und Entspannung .
