-Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).
-Maintenance: We prioritize emergencies.
-No events, parties. Violation fee may apply $500 per night.
-No pets allowed. Unapproved may apply violation fee of $150 per pet and $500
- Strictly No smoking, drugs, marijuana and drinking alcohol at the property. $1000 violation fee may apply
-Do not eat or drink in bed.
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.
-Additional fees: Excessive towels/sheets - $50, uncleaned BBQ - $50.
-Violation of rules may result in extra charges or termination of stay.
