Large, comfortable, quiet, tranquil place to stay. When we asked for extra things, most were accommodated. Views from the bedroom and balconies were outstanding. Once we kept the fire going, it was cosy and warm.

Fantastic Place!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Really nice property, lots of room, great spot across from the river. I always really like when you stay somewhere and the owners clearly have not cut corners. They are not cheap and leave you plenty of kitchen things to cook, nicely furnished, beautfiul beds and just overall very nicely done. Thank you!

Thank you for your lovely feedback, Anita! We’re thrilled to hear you were impressed with the environment and pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen is — that’s always lovely to know. We’d be delighted to host you again for Christmas in July 2025, and please feel free to get in touch once you have your numbers confirmed. The neighbouring unit, "Aroha", is a studio joined to "Abundance" by a 5-metre corridor with no shared walls and can accommodate up to two guests. We’d be happy to provide more details when you’re ready. Thanks again for staying with us — we look forward to welcoming you back!

Host was very welcoming, lots of information about arrival given early. House was beautiful. Lovely wine & fresh flowers in kitchen on arrival. 20 minute walk into town. Taxis in Margaret river are non existent only 1 or 2 so it’s a dark walk home however that’s no slight on the house at all. Would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to come back to Australia. Thank you team Abundance.

Great place

Abundance was the perfect place for our family gathering with 3 generations in the one place to celebrate an 80th birthday. The house was gorgeous with every amenity you could possibly want for a stay in Margaret River (the kitchen was to die for) There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of bathrooms so no queue each morning for the shower! Location is amazing, right on the river, surrounded by beautiful bushland and great walking tracks. We'll definitely be back.

River beauty

Amazing property in a great location. 4 large bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 showers made staying with a group of friends very easy. The house had everything you could want and to hear the fast flowing water of the rapids in the river was incredible. Super friendly birds visited every day and the walk trails around the property were beautiful. So close to the town but you’d never know. Just perfect.

Beautiful... but missed a bit

My main concern was that it wasn't acceptable for a higher priced accommodation to not have hot water for 24 hours. We tried calling, but got no response. We found some instructions online as to how to deal with the lack of hot water (switch over the gas bottle)... but only found out that we had switched over our neighbours (yes, this is dual occupancy residence... which I was also not aware of). Fortunately, our neighbours knew the process and pointed us in the right direction to find the gas bottles that serviced our side of the property, conveniently located in their backyard. The whole experience impacted what was otherwise a wonderful stay...

Thank you for your feedback, Jason! We're so sorry about the hot water issue, the confusion with the gas bottles and the difficulty in reaching us. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially in a premium property, and we truly regret the impact it had on your stay. Your comments are appreciated and will help us improve. We're glad you still enjoyed your time overall and hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience in the future!
