Malley House. Country comfort

Malley House is a luxurious self contained guest house. We have taken to cleaning the house after every stay extensively cleaning all surfaces and ammenities using sterilising agents for your security and safety.
Malley House can accommodate 1 to 10 people and is located minutes away and a 450 metre walk to the main road of Healesville where Innocent Bystander, Five steps, and other restaurants are.

We do take one night bookings midweek. however prefer two night bookings. Holiday oeriods require a three night booking on weekends. Please inquire regarding the tariff for one night bookings on weekends as we have a different price for the one night. There is an additional fee of $100 for one night bookings midweek.

The Space

The house design has been inspired by provincial country living.
With the spacious master suite and generous size bedrooms the house is layered with a blend of provincial and contemporary items from the large oak dining table to the diamond shaped glass kitchen pendent lights. Quality bedding and thick luxurious towels. The gentle tones create an elegant sophisticated look throughout. The house has been created to make you feel like you don't ever want to leave.

Kitchen
The stone kitchen bench is large enough to cater for a buffet or a sit around for fun conversation over a glass of wine or two. With high ceilings and an open design it is perfect for large groups and families. The dining table can seat up to 8+ people. The appliances, stove, rangehood, and dishwasher are all reliable high quality brands.

Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom has an oversized shower with a rain shower head and a slipper style bath, making it very easy to sit back and relax the time away. A heated floor provides warmth for those chilly Healesville mornings.

Accommodates 8-10 Guests
4 Bedrooms / 3 doube beds Beds, two single bunk beds, and one sofa double bed. Double sided wood fireplace.

1 large Queen in master suite with 2 queens upstairs and a double single bunk beds. There is also a Sofa bed with the sofa extending out to a double bed.

Malley House includes the following:
Large kitchen with a six burner stove and french provincial dining table.
4 Bedrooms with quality fine linen provided.

2 Modern Bathrooms
Master chandelier Bedroom: Bathroom 1: 1 slipper bath, 1 large sliding door shower and toilet. Heated tile floor and double sided light controlled Magnified mirror.

Second upstairs bathroom: 1 large sliding door shower and toilet. Double sided magnified light controlled mirror

Laundry bathroom
Combined laundry/guest bathroom with laundry sink, vanity basin and toilet. Washing machine, iron, and ironing board provided.

Lounge room
75 inch (190cm)4K ultra high definition flat screen smart television with Foxtel, Netflix and Telstra television. Wi-Fi and DVD player.
Comfortable seating for all guests with French doors opening onto an expansive verandah..

Split system air conditioners to Kitchen L, Lounge room and all bedrooms.

If a guest books Malley House and Bradshaw Cottage together, the spa is available.
The combined house and cottage will accommodate 10 people. Please contact us do discuss your needs should you want to hire the house and cottage combined. We also will take a one night booking for weekends which has a different higher tariff.

Smoking: Due to health and safety regulations smoking is strictly forbidden in the house.

Please make sure doors to the house are closed when smoking outside on either of the verandas. Please dispose cigarette butts and do not drop them on the grounds or garden. Thank .

Please note, weekend bookings we take a two night minimum booking and for long weekends a three night booking is required. Please be aware, the charge for staying is based on how many people are staying. Thank you.
