Relaxing stay

We stayed in Sara's place with a group of friends with kids and had an amazing time. Very clean and well equipped with beautiful scenery and highly recommend if you want to wind down.

Gorgeous property

We really enjoyed our stay! Stunning views from every angle and a lovely cozy warm house! Beautifully decorated and heaps of space for our two families with 6 kids to spread out and relax.

Stunning views, beautiful property

The views on the property were outstanding. We loved the beds, the facilities, the animals and the overall setting. The house had everything we needed for our girls weekend away and we are already planning our annual trip to be here. Highly recommend this beautiful property for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing Farmstay

Beautiful property that is very well maintained - perfect set up for our group of 2 families. The horses and cows were much loved by the kids and they had a great time feeding the animals. Loved the beautifully renovated bathrooms too, and a great kitchen that is well equipped.

Can recommend for a family country break

Stayed for the long weekend with family. Unfortunately the weather was miserable but there was plenty to do inside and the wood heater was perfect. Kids enjoyed feeding the horses and looking out for kangaroos. There is so much to do in the area if the weather is nice. Great communication with Sarah.

Country Escape

We had a wonderful time and it was a trip that involved family history and valuable family time together with my mum of 88 years. We may make it a yearly trip together. Thankyou for offering the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful house and location.

A beautiful getaway

Spent a lovely weekend at the Cozy Fox with some girl friends. The house is beautifully presented, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are stunning and the animals are a real highlight - just wish we had longer to enjoy it all. Host Sarah was super easy to deal with and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

What a fantastic stay, from booking all the way through the stay and check out I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive host. The property itself was magical and we will definitely return. The children and adults alike had an amazing time. The wildlife and animals were beautiful-especially Trixie. Cozy fox was a lovely out of the way property. Beautiful outlook. We enjoyed sitting by the water at dusk watching the kangaroos. A visit to the cows was a big hit with our little granddaughter. 10/10. Thanks

Weekend bliss

Cozy fox property is stunning! Nestled next to the woods, located on several acres that are well looked after and have so much to offer. You could spend days enjoying the beautiful gardens, feeding the animals, enjoying the open space and dam and relaxing by the fire pit under the stars of a night. We stayed here for our dads 70th birthday. 6 adults and 4 children. The house is super cozy, with a beautiful interior and furnishings and a Coonara to keep everyone warm. The communication has been excellent from the start and the thoughtful gestures was really appreciated. Highly recommend booking a getaway to cozy fox, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic place to stay especially for a big group with kids. Sarah was fantastic providing everything we needed and even hay for the kids to feed the animals. The house was very clean, bedding perfect and facilities top notch. The views and kangaroos were fabulous! Easy drive to Ballarat and surrounds and we hope to stay there again! We recently stayed at the Cozy Fox Farmhouse as a large family and it truly exceeded all expectations. The space both inside and out was incredible, plenty of room for everyone to relax, unwind and enjoy being together without feeling crowded. The fire place was absolute highlight creating such a warm and cozy atmosphere whilst watching the misty June rain outside. The horses were so calm, gentle, and tame which made the experience more memorable for our kids. A special mention to Sarah, whose generosity and hospitality truly made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and it was clear how much care has gone into creating such a welcoming space for her guest. We would absolutely love to book again and we highly recommend this place to anyone.
