If you are wishing for a hassle free holiday in an opulent premise, a quiet location offering a nature reserve outlook overlooking the lake on Lake Macquarie, then this luxury abode is the Genie in the bottle.

Boasting four (4) bedrooms, the master bedroom provides a king sized bed, a twin shower en-suite and balcony access. All the other bedrooms have double beds and built in robes. There is another full bathroom. This stunning accommodation allows a spacious break away with a large open living room, a formal family area plus a dining area attached to the beautiful sunny kitchen. Large panoramic windows overlook the in-ground swimming pool and Lake Macquarie.

Located in a quiet position very handy to a takeaway shop, bottleshop, and a general store with a shopping Centre only minutes drive away and close to a choice of other local destinations. With the lake at your back door the possibilities are endless with fishing,sailing, watersking and kayaking and if the beach and surfing is your thing we have amazing beaches only10 mins drive. There is Lake Munmorah state recreation park 10 miin drive, 15 min drive to the beautiful Catherine Hill Bay beach and a little further up the road Caves Beach - what more could you ask for? The best thing is it is only 1hr 15min from Sydney .
