Thank you for sharing your feedback, Angela. We take all cleanliness concerns seriously and were disappointed to read about your experience. Following your departure, we inspected the property and did not find any evidence of live insects or an infestation. What we observed was a stain on the bedding, which is not the same as a confirmed insect issue. We would also like to clarify that we were not given an opportunity to inspect or address the concern while you were at the property. Had we been made aware of the issue and given the opportunity to assist, we would have gladly investigated immediately. Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-kept property remains one of our highest priorities, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context for future guests.
