We had communication issues upon arrival, so we were not able to get inside. While waiting there were things happening in the neighborhood that were not appropriate and made us decide to stay elsewhere. What happens out there has nothing to do with the host, but we just didn’t feel safe.

Weekend stay for a funeral

The property was very clean and it was great for the short-term stay we needed it for. There were 6 of us and we all fit comfortably. We did pay attention to the listing photos and traveled with an inflatable bed and brought our own sheets.

Nice property but neighborhood was rough

The interior was even nicer in-person. Kitchen bedrooms and bathroom were exceptional. The location to the airport was great. The only reason Im leaving 4 stars is the graffiti , trash, and homeless around the neighborhood made my friends husband and I very anxious. Everything else was great though.

Overnight Stay

The home was clean but no stove we only used it for overnight but long term would pose an issue. People from.the neighborhood park in front of the home and there were parties and loud music but no issues just informational if you want a quite neighborhood.

Pit Stop before a cruise

The duplex was clean other than a few ants in the bathroom. We were only staying overnight prior to leaving on a cruise. The place was a good fit for what we needed and price just not sure I would recommend for and extended stay. Julia was rude on the phone when I called to ask about check in details the day prior, since we would not be arriving until after midnight with a late flight and I didn’t want to bother her trying to figure out how to get in at that time of night.

Didnt have an apartment number on the listing. Didnt say where to put the key after we leave. Had to ask several times for the code to the door. Gave me the code less then 24 hours of arrival. It was clean and the main room had a comfortable bed. The single beds were very hard.

Nice accommodation, clean. Not happy with an accuracy of online listing. In property description about amenities are told there is washing machine and dryer. So we expected and have been disappointed, because it wasn't there. For owner response we should wait long time.

The experience of this place was wonderful with a few exceptions. The instructions stated key box located on the fence however was not there it was attached to a bench once you enter the second closed area. The house itself was nicer than the pictures showed .. very clean and the beds are very comfortable! We reserved for 5 but were only 4 and to be honest we were comfortable with 4 as 5 or more may be tight! There were 2 shampoo/conditioner 2 soaps 5 face cloths 5 towels. The kitchen was equipped with cutlery, glasses, few bowls and plates. Pots and pans, coffee maker, tea kettle air fryer etc. Unfortunately no extras such as coffee for the machine. (A nice added touch that’s in expensive) There was thankfully a gas station 3 min walk and a coffee/bakery another 3 min walk so we were able to get coffee in the morning. Being close to the airport is great but understand you will hear the planes leaving and arriving until late then early morning. The contact with the owners was definitely 5 stars would have given 10 if I could .., amazing All in all highly recommended and we are thankful that this place was available
