Location is the word with this newly listed Fraser Crossing unit, located just across the street from the Winter Park Resort Village. The 10 person new gondola at Winter Park Resort is 600’ from the lobby door of Fraser Crossing. So you can take a break from skiing and walk back to the condo for lunch or warm-up. Winter Park Base Village also has shopping, restaurants, and bars for your entertainment. The Free shuttle stop is located just across the street so you can ride into Winter Park and back for free.

This one bedroom one bathroom condo sleeps up to 5 and is located on the fourth floor with views of the amenities deck and Winter Park Ski resort. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a microwave convection oven for making meals at home. The fridge is a mini-fridge so plan accordingly.  The open floor plan leads to the living area with comfy seating and a queen sleeper sofa, and a 55” HDTV. The dining table seats four. Just off the living room, you’ll find the deck overlooking the amenities deck where the hot tub is located.  The bedroom has a king bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

Park in the heated garage the cost per day per vehicle during ski season is $21 and there is a $3 service during summer months.

Fraser Crossing is a newer condominium complex that features an activity with a large outdoor hot tub, seating, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ grills for guests' use. You’ll also find a coin-operated laundry room on this level. The private ski locker is located on the main level of Fraser Crossing.
