The apartment was perfect for what we needed, and we loved being able to walk to the ski resort. The hot tub on the property was very nice as well. The only thing is that it gets very hot inside of the apartment, so opening the windows and using the fans is a must

This Fraser Crossing Studio was perfect for our Winter Park stay! From the location to the cleanliness and communication from the host-everything was awesome! Walking to the slopes and having access to the nice hot tub were great too! Felt very spacious and had everything we needed for a quick ski trip! My only wish is that the sheets were a little softer but other than that it really was amazing! Will book again if we come back to WP!

This place was perfect! The condo is conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from the gondola. Having a small kitchen and dining area is also super convenient. I’ve stayed in this building multiple times now and highly recommend!!

Nice clean property that was perfect for the Wine Festival. The ceiling fan is a little loud and the TV had a Parental lock with no code are my only negative comments. Nice little room.

We had a short trip to Winter Park for our wedding anniversary. The property and room were clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a quick weekend trip.
Beautiful spot in the summer, but I can imagine this would be an AWESOME spot for winter sports goers.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Room has no space to place your stuff. We had to place our luggage on the floor and the room was not clean.
Wrong code to enter into room; took over an hour to finally get into room while we were waiting in the hallway trying to get ahold of customer support.
We wanted a place with a hot tub. We purchased this rental because there was a hot tub advertised. Hot tub was closed our whole stay for construction. Pretty upsetting.
Fire alarms were completely missing and not installed. Wires hanging out of ceiling instead of an alarm.
Room was fine otherwise. Nothing fancy but pretty disappointed overall. Would not recommend staying here.

The hot tub is handled by the property HOA and we did put a note on the property description for the hot tub closures but will see if we can make it easier for guests to read. We will also ask our Housekeeping Manager to investigate the fire alarms if they within the room. We hope that you would consider staying again once we have corrected and addressed these items.
