This home is built modeling a Frank Lloyd Wright design with elements of the Hill Country incorporated into the structure. This 3 bedroom split level house has an open kitchen, living/dining area, large fenced yard with patio & gas grill and is an ideal vacation rental for families & friends. The moment you walk in the home you will feel like you can immediately relax, unwind and enjoy the enormous backyard and pool! It's so private and quiet. It is the perfect place, it is My Happy Place!

We are 7th generation “locals” to Fredericksburg and we both were born and raised in Fredericksburg.
Why they chose this property
We purchased the property from Craig's parents in 2001. He grew up here and we raised our son here as well. In 2016, we found a smaller house to downsize to and My Happy Place was born!
What makes this property unique
The home has a private heated pool with a spacious deck and patio perfect for gathering and entertaining. The location lends itself extremely well to the growing west end of town with all it has to offer!
