Family vacation at the beach

Great location, being on the beach and close to restaurants and various attractions. Resort had nice pool and hot tub attractions and friendly staff. Unit had adequate bedrooms for our family and was picked particularly for having 2 beds in 2 bedrooms with a master bedroom and 3 bathrooms. It was also nice that the unit included the linen service and cleaning service post stay.

Never Again …

This was our sixth stay at Avista and will be our last. The condo rented through Vrbo was not as described and is it was extremely dirty. Maintenance had to replace a molded shower curtain that was pink and black. Made several calls for cleaning and no one called back nor came. To start your vacation in a dirty condo is not a good start! Will happily submit photos of what we encountered.

This is a weird review for me. I’m going to be completely honest. Upon arrival, the check in process was terrible! The unit was mediocre. The Floors were completely gross. They did offer to send a cleaning crew in the next day, but I had already cleaned the floors in every room, bathroom, kitchen and hallway. They were so bad they turned our feet a very dark brown. Just disgusting. Coffee pot was broken. They did deliver one 3 days later after door dashing coffee the first couple days. Beds were beyond needing replaced. The King bed was very worn. Sagging in all over the mattress. The beds in other rooms were like laying on cardboard. Overall, the resort was good. Lots of pools, lazy river, the jacuzzis were perfect. Weekend brings a ton of kids in, and we noticed the pools inside were now heavily chlorinated burning eyes. Was a short walk to the beach, found lots of shells. Lots of restaurants nearby. A great IGA about a mile and a half from the resort. Two stories, and this store has everything you need from foods to clothing, jewelry, beach items etc. The condo supplies nothing as well. No salt, pepper, cooking oil, seasonings etc. no soap, shampoo or conditioner so bring those items to the condo. No paper products. This is the first time staying at a condo that provides absolutely nothing. This unit has so much potential, but definitely lacking any comfort. The Beach view was fabulous!! After walking on floors when we first arrived
This is the return air sitting next to bar stools. Fuzzy, hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while.
This is trash left in Bed frame. They provide linens and towels, but you have to make the bed to yourself and this is what we found.
This was on a set of the sheets they delivered to us to make the beds.

The apartment was nice but it was very dusty. We had to change the air conditioning filter because we all got sick. They didn't clean us during the stay.

Great room if it had been cleaned.

The room was not clean. The floors were left extremely sandy. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and the used filter was left in it. The glass tables were all filthy. My son dropped a game and it went under his bed and when we looked under there to get it, it looked like under the bed hadn't been swept or cleaned in YEARS. The room was very spacious and we loved Avista but the cleanliness was definitely lacking. This is 100% Elliott Realty's responsibility.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

This is our second time staying at Avista. We were here for softball again and we always stay where the girls do. The people that work here are amazing. Elliot Rental was right down the street and they are also awesome

Too much sand and not clean

Inconvenient check in at other location other that Hotel. Hotel front desk can help with nothing you have to call the rental company for everything and they are only available certain hours. No toilet tissue alt all and front desk Would not provide any. Had to pay to park our 3rd car. Beds when not made have to make them ourselves. Pools Area was very nice
