Enjoy a lazy day on the sugar white sand and playing in the aqua green waters of the Gulf of Mexico; the most beautiful beach in the world. Or delight in a day by the pool with the kids as they play in the pool, kiddie pool and splash area. Our Mainsail condo is a beach front building and offers views of the beach and the pool area! From the kitchen and bathroom renovations, to the beach flare décor, our clean, luxury condo has much to offer.

- Unit 223 is 3 doors from the beach, second floor, with easy access to the beach.
- Spectacular unobstructed view of the Gulf from the living area and balcony.

- King Master with direct access to the balcony, walk-in shower, and comfort height vanity.
- Guest bedroom with queen bed and direct access to bathroom.

AND, if you seek additional amenities, Mainsail offers a fitness center, lighted tennis / pickle ball and shuffleboard courts, basketball goals, 2 pools (one seasonally heated), and outdoor hot tub! Poolside grills (gas and charcoal) are available for family cookouts. Or you can enjoy some of the best restaurants in the south and water sports activities (available for a fee) on the beach. Mainsail is conveniently located across from the South's highest volume outlet mall Silver Sands, Starbucks, and Winn Dixie Grocery. Other family activities close by are: golf, miniature golf, The Track Amusement Park, Big Kahuna's Water Park, Baytown, The Harbor, Gulfarium, Chartered deep sea fishing, parasailing, Dolphin Cruise and more.

Mainsail offers covered parking and 24/7 on site security. Mainsail complex has surveillance cameras on property to protect its residents and guests. Outdoor cameras covering pools and hot tubs are monitored.

Our condo is a No Smoking unit. Mainsail prohibits guest from bringing pets.

Great rental if you are flying to Destin

While we drove and had room to bring a lot of our stuff this unit was stocked to the point we did not need to bring as much. It would be great for someone that was flying and was limited on luggage room.

I have stayed at Mickey’s condo for several years in a row. It’s always perfectly clean (which is very important to me) and lovely. The condo kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Wonderful condo close to the beach

What a nice condo that has everything you need for the perfect family vacation! Two separate bedrooms and baths, beautiful view of the beach from the balcony, and just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We have already discussed as a family staying in the exact condo again next year! The owner is easy to contact and very personable.

Mickey’s property is perfection! From the location to the absolute sparkling cleanliness, you can’t go wrong staying there. Mickey is gracious and very easy to work with. I have stayed in her property multiple times and it is the only place I will stay when I visit Mainsail.

Relaxing Spring Break

Mickey has done a great job of making sure her condo has everything you need. The location and view of the ocean was great and the reserved beach chairs and umbrella made going down to the beach a breeze. No hauling chairs back and forth! The outlet stores were within walking distance which allowed our girls to walk over and shop whenever they wanted. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Destin!

Loved Our Stay Here!!!

Loved this property! The description is exactly as described. It is supplied with everything we needed. They even had some powdered detergent for the stackable washer to use. I brought liquid from home and couldn’t use it so it worked out just right. The location of the condo was perfect for us. The 2nd floor close to elevator and walkway to beach with no steps was the best we’ve had. The area where the free set of chairs and umbrella is set up is not far to walk to. Mickey was great to work with and I hope we get to come back next time we come to Destin!

We loved our stay at Mickey’s place over the Labor Day weekend. The view was fantastic and beach access was super easy. The condo is clean, kitchen is well-stocked and bed was very comfortable. I can’t wait to come back again soon!

Great Location

We’ve been staying at Mainsail for 20+ years. Love the location. Close to grocery store, seafood market and if you want to shop the shops are just across the street. A few restaurants we like are close to us too.

Mainsail is my favorite place to stay when I come to the beach. This condo is absolute perfection! The kitchen has every utensil/pan/etc you would need or want. The furnishings are lovely and well cared for. The level of cleanliness is superb. The view from the balcony is spectacular!

Excellent Location

We’ve stayed at Mainsail before but this was the first time at Mickey’s condo. It was nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed during our weeklong stay. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the owner was always timely in responding to communication. We will definitely return to this property when we come back to the area.

Herbie and I are both born and raised in the metro New Orleans area. We love our city as much as we love going to the beach. Because we are only 4 1/2 hours away, a quick get away to Miramar Beach is a wonderful treat. We are fortunate to be able to spend at least one long weekend a month in our second home, and by doing so, we are able to make sure our condo feels like home to our guests. We take pride in our condo and our personal service hoping our guests will want to return to what we affectionately refer to as our "happy place".

Why they chose this property

My husband, Herbie, and I purchased our condo in the summer of 2010. We weren't in the market for a second home / condo on the beach, it just happened. We had been going my sister's condo at Mainsail for over ten years for the July 4th week , and out of curiosity, checked what was for sale there. When we saw the view from this unit, we knew we wanted to become owners.

Mainsail is relaxing, easy and the best kept secret in Destin. We have always felt Mainsail was very family friendly. The beach is wide and private, providing everyone a beach front view even on the busiest weeks of the year.

What makes this property unique

Mainsail is located directly on the beach. Once you stay here, you realize that it is a hidden gem as there are no roads to cross to get to the beach. Mainsail has many amenities, lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts, basketball goals, hot tub, 2 pools (one seasonally heated), a dedicated kiddie pool, charcoal and gas grills in the pool areas, a fitness center, and an entertainment room.
