BEACH FRONT HOME LOCATED IN GULF PINES OFFERS GREAT VIEWS FROM UPPER AND LOWER DECKS!! This very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a privacy fence along side of the property with sunbathing areas on an upper and lower deck. Also a screened porch with an electric grill which also serves as an outdoor dining area that goes to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and the Living Room offers a wood burning fireplace and stocked library. This home also has a fish cleaning station for the fishermen of the family!!!

Floor Plan: Ground floor-foyer; 1st Level-kitchen, living room with 1 full futon, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo and a great gulf view; Bedroom 1-gulf front bedroom with king bed and full bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; Bedroom 2-2 twin beds and full bath with washer/dryer shared with Bedroom 3-king bed and TV. *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
