Amazing Location! With our rental you will be able to relax in paradise and have the vacation you deserve. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with heated pool and boat dock on an intercoastal canal. If you want the best of all worlds, this home has it. It is nestled near many restaurants and the popular Times Square Plaza/Fort Myers Pier area, but does not sacrifice the quietness and friendly neighborhood of this beach community. It’s located five lots from the Whale Restaurant(currently under construction opening approximately Oct 25), and steps from the Gulf beaches. Conveniently, it has easy on and off access for coming and leaving the island and plenty of space for parking.

The house is painted with bright colors to set the beach vibe and make you’re home away from home in southwest Florida a paradise. The rental is equipped with a full kitchen installed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and a full list of items necessary for having a home cooked meal or family barbeque. Throughout the house, there is a dining table and bar with stools for gatherings, and a living room with pullout leather sleeper sofa; this room sits up high for a great panoramic view over the backyard, pool, and canal. Additionally, each room has a large screen TV, and there is a washer/dryer conveniently located in the guest bathroom. Wireless Internet and cable TV provided. The master bedroom is large and tranquil. Master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with a private/or shareable bathroom.

Outside, one will find an upper level wrap-around porch for catching a cool breeze. In the backyard, between the house and canal, there is an in-ground heated pool for spending the afternoon soaking and relaxing or watching one’s children play. The canal, offers a wonderful water view, opportunities to fish and go boating right from the backyard. It’s deepwater, so keep a look out for dolphins and manatees in the canal. Our neighbors are friendly, so feel free to say hi, but if you’re in the mood for serenity and peace that is there as well.

To sum up our home, it’s located in a happening part of the island, but on a quiet street. Google map the address and you will see for yourself. The owners have supplied the home with everything that will allow you to leave the extra packed items behind and they want you to have a wonderful time. With this rental, you get to be on a retreat while having the latest technology and modern installations, so if you want to be plugged in or simply get away from it all by just sitting and dipping your toes, it’s your choice.

Great Getaway

The house is so cute, very clean and well maintained. The pool was very well maintained as well and warm. We loved having the pool and the little dock on the canal. The owner was so nice and very helpful for things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend this house and will use again when we go back to Fort Myers!

Wow what a gem of a house! Everything is there that you need. And the location... can't say enough about that! Walking distance to everything and the beach is across the street. Perfect house for small family

This house was spotless and updated! Has everything you need for a vacation with your family. Pool was warm and clean. Beds were comfy! 2 full brand new bathrooms. Great Family Vacation

What a wonderful house and pool! Great house, great location with all the amenities. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs. We put the college kids upstairs, and mom and dad took the downstairs. It was like having our own apartment. We enjoyed fishing on the dock, the pool, the barbeque by the pool. In the evening, we would walk around Times Square. Everything is in walking distance. You gotta go to Heavenly Biscuit too and check out the seafood places in Times Square. A vacation full of lots of fantastic memories! Thank you.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Family!

We had the most amazing stay at this home — it was absolutely perfect for our family of five! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The space was just the right size, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.My boys lived in the pool — they couldn't get enough of it! The backyard was like our own little private paradise, and the dock was a great bonus for fishing in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings.One of our favorite things about this property was the location. We could walk to great restaurants, cute little shops, and best of all, the beach was just a short stroll away. No need to worry about parking or long hauls with beach gear — the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the sand.You can really tell the owners put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable, well-equipped retreat. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to any family looking for a beach vacation that truly has it all.

Great spot close to everything

Enjoyed the house and relaxing in the pool to start/end the day. Very close to the beach and the chairs/cooler/wagon made going back and forth smooth. The girls loved the canal in the back and even saw a manatee swim by the dock. House is close to lots of shops and restaurants which allowed us walk to dinner each night. Enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Perfect Location

This house is incredible! Everything you could possibly need for the beach and then some. The location is fantastic! Everything from food, entertainment and the beach are all within walking distance. The pool was so nice and we loved that it was enclosed which kept it extra clean. Hopefully, we’ll be back soon.
