Lakeside Beach House - Child & Dog Friendly

A little Loch Sport love story:

4 years ago we found a beautiful placed called Loch Sport, looking for a quiet place to take our dogs and relax. We tried a few different beachside destinations but nothing compared to Loch Sport. 12 months later we bought our beautiful beach house right on Lake Victoria and we have decided to share this idyllic place with others, in the hope that you have the same experience as us and truly fall in love with Loch Sport.

The location of our house is perfect, with our back gate leading onto a pathway directly to Lake Victoria. The wildlife is abundant - a variety of birds and kangaroos in the backyard, swans on the lake and fish & crabs can be spotted in the water. We are a short less than 10 minute drive to 90 Mile Beach that boasts endless pristine sand and waves.

We always take our dogs so please bring your furry friends with you!

The property is less than 5km's to the main street in Loch Sport where there is an IGA, cafe, children's park, BBQ area, skate park and fish & chip shop. There is also a Pub at the Marina that offers restaurant meals. Sale is a 35 minute drive if you feel you need something that can't be found in Loch Sport :)

We recently connected to broadband so you can access free WIFI to stay in touch, watch some movies or just leave it all behind. We have one main TV in the lounge room as well as a second TV and DVD player in the bedroom with a very large collection of DVD's. We also have lots of books as well as games & puzzles.

Life is so stressful and fast paced these days, Loch Sport is the perfect place to put that all behind you for a break.

- Open plan living upstairs that includes lounge area, small dining space and a fully appointed kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric stove that leads out to a large veranda with a BBQ for cooking under the stars.

- Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided on arrival.

- The main area of the house, upstairs, has 3 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each room, main bathroom with separate toilet . There is also a spare single mattress.
- There is an extra toilet and shower downstairs in the laundry.
- Split system heating/cooling available in the main living area, with portable electric heaters available in lounge room and bedrooms as well.

- Ceiling fans in every bedroom as well as the lounge room.

- Free WIFI

- All linen and towels are supplied just need to bring your own beach towels and hair drier. .

- Front load washing machine provided and clothes line on the property.

- Abundant collection of games, books, puzzles and a DVD collection.

Strictly NO smoking on the property.
