The house is four blocks from the best point of Jabaquara beach, with market and all amenities nearby. It is 1500 meters from the Historic Center (nice walk, or by bike).
It has 2 bedrooms. One double, and one with two single beds. And a sofa bed in the living room.
It is surrounded by a large terrace with many hammocks, barbecue, oven and wood stove.
A beautiful backyard with many orchids, coconut trees, lemon, guava, pitanga and many species of birds. Little monkeys appear from time to time for a visit

Arnaque

Ce logement existe mais n'est pas en location. C'est une arnaque. Nous nous sommes retrouves sur le trottoir à 19h. Heureusement nous avons trouve des gens très serviables qui nous ont aiguillés vers un hôtel avec des disponibilités pour la nuit. Nous avons été remboursés sur demande de la propriétaire de la maison (d'où les 5 étoiles) mais sans aucun dédommagement pour les 2 jours perdus à chercher une solution. L'annonce est toujours en ligne!
