A beautiful flat which great wooden classic furniture which overlooks the sea from the sitting room. The bedrooms are overlooking the garden and there is a beautiful large sitting room. It is on the third floor and can be reached by lift. The apartment is situated in the heart of colombo and has a covered garage and can easily access public transport. The best restaurants are within walking distance.
However the flat does have a small kitchenette for your food preparation.

You will really enjoy living here as it is so convenient and the view is so prettty from the flat. Mount Lavinia beach can be reached within half an hour by train.

The owner also lives in the property and is there to help you when required. There is a doorman during the day.

The flat is within 35 kms of the airport and is about one hour away.
