Easy communication with the owner. Right on the water, had an amazing view. It's a great area right on Sapphire Beach and close to a lot of restaurants in Red Hook and on property. Catch the ferry right down the road to jump over to St. John for a day trip.

The best features of this unit were the porches and the view. We spent many hours enjoying the ocean and marina view. Having two full bathrooms was a definite plus. The unit was clean and furnished. Proximity to Red Hook ferries and restaurants was an advantage.

The biggest thing was the VIEW!! So amazing and two decks to spend time on! Sapphire Beach is a great location to spend time and also as a starting point to explore both St Thomas and St John! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Quick trip to the USVI

We had a nice time on St. Thomas and St. John. This location makes it very easy to either relax on the beach next to the condo or take a quick 3 minute cab ride to catch a ferry to St. John

Beautiful view and location. Unfortunately it was very dusty in both floors. Keyless entry was great. Air systems great. Doors on lower balcony hard to open and close. Loved the place but the cleaning service needs to do a much much better job outside of just exchanging towels and sheets on actually cleaning the place. This part was disappointing - especially because they charge a cleaning fee. Overall Saphire beach and location is beautiful. Be careful to stay on the side of sapphire beach and away from the 100s of rude cruise people descending on the place for 4-5 hours a day. The locals taught us this on day 1 and it made a difference.

The description of the property is clearly outdated by possibly a decade or more.The property does have a fun beach bar and onsite restaurants and very convenient to the Redhook area

We had great stay and place seemed very clean. Some minor maintenance issues but didnt really affect our enjoyment. Sunrise views can't be beat.

View and location can’t be beat. The shower changed temps and water went from little pressure to a trickle during each shower. Upstairs toilet didn’t flush without taking top off and doing it manually. Was given two beach towels for two people for 5 days until we requested more. As mentioned in other reviews, couches had a lot of stains. Doesn’t make sense to have white couches if you’re not going to clean them. Bed was very uncomfortable. We’ve stayed at this complex several times and this by far was the worst experience. Again, location and view can’t be beat. The inside needs to TLC.

Peaceful and beautiful

The location of this property is perfect. A balcony on both levels allows you to view the turquoise waters and listen to the serenity of the waves. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. Any questions I had were addressed very timely. We are excited to come back.
