Our newly renovated two bedroom suite is the perfect place for you to relax, rest and have the peace you need in the heart of beautiful city of Vancouver. Nestled across from Hastings Park, it's a 10 min drive to downtown Vancouver, with easy Highway 1 access to surrounding districts. Playland and the PNE are across the street. Confederation Park is 5 mins away by car. Along Hastings street you'll find every convenience-groceries, restaurants, convenience stores, Shoppers, Starbucks.
This modern and comfortable two bedroom suite has 1 queen bed, and 1 double bed, full bath, well equipped kitchen and open concept living room. You can enjoy a nice meal outside with the BBQ in the backyard.

A place for family nearby

My husband and I needed a place for his 4 family members from Mexico to stay that was in our neighbourhood. This property worked out perfectly. Cozy, clean, and super easy to access and check-out. Our host was always quick to respond and helpful.

Beautiful Home

Everything went great. The home is clean and easy to get transportation. I did reach out to Soo a couple times with questions and she replied quickly. If we are in Vancouver again would definitely stay here.

Exactly What We Needed

Soo communicated perfectly and the listing was 100% accurate. The only feedback we had was that the fridge was not very cold even Webern set to the coldest settings. We ended up leaving some things outside because it was colder after our drinks sat in the fridge for hours, they still weren’t as cold as one would hope, however, everything else was perfect!

We stayed at this property in Vancouver for 3 nights. The host, Soo was very communicative and responsive throughout. She provided clear check-in and parking instructions, and was in touch with us throughout our stay. The location is great, next to a big park and we felt very safe and comfortable. It was a short drive to downtown and still very affordable.The unit was in the basement. It was nicely updated and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is important to note that the unit does not have A/C and only a tiny window in each bedroom so it was very hot inside, especially because Vancouver had unusually long and hot stretch of a few days during our visit. Soo gracefully offered us a couple of pedestal fans, which relieved us a little bit, but it was still quite warm.The unit was well stocked with coffee, towels and basic necessities and served our family well. I'd recommend this unit to any families visiting Vancouver - just be aware of the whether.

Everything was great. Hosts very welcoming, unit very clean & well appointed. Beds comfy. Great location - loved the beautiful park & waterbird sanctuary across the road! Even had free secure parking. And affordable in a not-very-affordable city!
