A perfect solo or family space in the heart of downtown, right next to the famous concert stadiums - BC stadium & Rogers Arena, walking distance to the seawall, historic Chinatown and trendy Yaletown, and easy access to any part of the city with sky train located just across the street.

The unit sleeps upto 6 people in one queen bedroom (2), one den (1), one solarium (1), and a pullout couch in the living room (2). You are also allowed to bring 1 pet along to enjoy your stay as a family.

This is an amazing location, nearby food, and the Roger’s Centre, and an easy walk everywhere else. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was wonderful. The location was great for what we were doing (a convention) and we got to explore quite a bit of Vancouver walking and with the car we had. The bedrooms were tiny, and the AC units would only work one at a time, so we had to close the curtains during the day to keep the heat down, but I would stay there again. The host was friendly and responsive.

Conveniently located in Vancouver

Property was clean and conveniently located to activities within Vancouver. Easy walk to Gastown, Chinatown, park, science center and false creek ferries. Unit is a bit smaller than it appears in pictures, necessities present and location greet.

Very cozy apartment right at the beginning auf downtown Vancouver. Everything you'll need is in the apartment. It's clean and enough room for 4 grown ups.

The beds are much smaller than advertised, and were not very comfortable. There were only 4 regular bed pillows in the entire condo, and they were very worn out and flat. We ended up walking to the Costco (only two blocks away) and buying new pillows that we left behind because they were not expensive. I’d recommend the host do the same and make sure there are actually 6 useable pillows for the advertised occupancy.

Not a spacious condo but it serves the purpose

Location is outstanding if you are wanting to be close to Roger’s Arena. It’s a little tight for 6 people but it works. Host was very attentive when couple small issues came up.

Great location for the concert!!! Host was very responsive when I reached out, the air conditioner units are not sufficient for the amount of sunlight the unit gets, there's a Luggage hold store across the street for late flights which is very convenient. Given there was a Power outage notice given to owners well before we arrive, we were not told until the day of the power outage, only to realize no flashlight or battery operated candles in the unit. These could have made the unit a little more safe during the outage. Overall we came away laughing and enjoyed our trip to Vancouver.

Nice stay, awesome location

We went for Grey Cup, 4 of us in the suite. Negatives, it’s tight, but we knew that going in. Positives, host was always available, place was clean, lots of linens and towels. Location was perfect, just outside of downtown it close to Gastown which was great and literally across the street from Roger’s Arena, BC Place and a Costco. I would consider returning if I needed a place again.

Tiny apartment with closet size bedrooms

The apartment was not sufficient for 6 adults. Two of the bedrooms were in rooms the size of a closet and the beds were insufficient for adults. It should be advertised for a family with kids under 10.

Three Night Staye prior to cruise

Location of the property was ideal for what we wanted to experience. Close to arena easy walk to water for ferry service. Great food restaurant selections within walking distance. Condo was exactly as advertised. Only downfall was that the air conditioning could not keep the unit cool enough. Everything else was perfect.

Very small for 5 and Portable AC not enough to cool down the place

It was very hot and the portable AC didn't coold down the place. The sun is hitting that side of the building so in summer is really hot inside. The curtains and blind didnt help to reduce the heat. Very good commication with the owner. He rplaced the AC with something bigger and that help on the second day.. need to put more information about how to use stuff. The tv remote control was broken. Overall ok experience, good location. Best of everything was the good communication and always willing to help.

Sleepless 6 nights and dishonest owner

We are a family of 6 with 3 teenagers and a child. There are supposed to be 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. The main room is good but the other 2 bdroms are very bad. It is a den sized 1.2mx2m with NO ventilation but a small fan. Another room is solarium room with broken blinds. In fact All blinds were also broken, it cannot be closed properly, as a result when the summer sunrise starts ar 4.30am, we all got up and could not sleep ANYMORE. We all end up very sleepy and lethargic every afternoon. It is VERY dangerous for the driver as my husband at least took 3 cups of coffee in the afternoon to keep himself awake. We hv communicated this problem with owner and his excuses were HANDYMAN NOT available and cloudy days were coming ahead.. so no early sunlights 😭😭😭 Owner wanted to CHARGE An EXTRA NIGHT for change of dates on our reservation and was not communicated earlier. We arrived 1 day later so we changed our arrival 1 day later but we still stayed the same no of nights as our original booking. He said as a result for our changes he lost 1 night of rent and wasted his time for calling VRBO 5 times. IT IS VERY UNTRUE as we saw a review from another customer, who stayed on our cancelled dates, so Host actually gained 2 more nights but he was DISHONEST about it. Owner was also trying to CHARGE a fob, that was never given. PLS TAKE A FOTO when you CHECK IN on the no of fobs given so that you wont be charged unnecessarly. NEVER ENCOUNTER any host before who is trying to find ways

They gratiously allowed us to check in early as my oldest got very sick from the flight and sky train travel. The place was very quiet even though we were across from Rogers centre. Lots of food options all around us. Definitely be back here when we come back.
