This newly renovated home is one you won't want to miss! Renovated in Shakspearean style, this home is a delicate balance between the old and the new. Enjoy a Romeo & Juliet master suite, beautiful granite countertops, stunning porcelain wrapped fireplace that starts with a touch of a button and an amazing back deck with a built-in grill.. you will be able to relax in style during your stay!

Upstairs you will find comfortable seating and a 55" television with Dish network and high-speed internet. Just off the kitchen, you will find a built-in BBQ with an outdoor dining area. Downstairs features an entertainment area with a game room with a foosball table, an air hockey table, and board and card games, a small kitchenette (bar, microwave, and full-size fridge). The full-size washer, dryer, and iron with ironing board are in the closet off the game room.

We are giving this property 5 stars on everything, because the owner was so accommodating. Because the VRBO app glitched and booked the wrong dates for us, we missed our stay completely. So we didn't actually stay but want them to have 5 stars for everything. The owner was super understanding and worked with us. That tells me that they would have been the perfect hosts. We are very grateful to them. They deserve 5 stars!!

Great place close to the festival

We came down as extended family for the Shakespeare festival and to enjoy some hiking. This home was perfect for our needs, plenty of space for everyone to spread out during the downtime and close to the festival. We hope to stay there again in the future.

What A Beautiful Home!

This place was the perfect home for my friends & family to stay during our visit to the Southern Utah area! It was very spacious & accommodating, & slept all of our people comfortably. If you’re looking for a place to stay close to Cedar City, I cannot recommend this property enough!!

Nice house in a quiet location

A little out of cedar city. It was quiet, clean, and overall a really nice house to stay in. We had11 people staying there and we all fit very comfortably.

Great, spacious, clean place to stay

This property was very clean. It had plenty of beds for all to sleep in. The kitchen is very well stocked! Lots of extra blankets around for sleeping and lounging around. My younger kids loved the air hockey table ans the foosball table. The host was easy to connect with and quick with replies. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Comfortable and quiet property

Very nice home with plenty of room for our family. The only disappointment we had is that the listing gave us the impression there would be an outdoor hot tub but they only had a small indoor jacuzzi tub. We still enjoyed our stay but we missed having a soak after a long day hiking Kolob canyon.

Great House, Landscaping Could Use Some Work

The house is very nice. There are clean bedrooms, it is just newly remodeled, a nice big kitchen, and there are a ton of fun things to do around Cedar City. With this being said, there is little to no landscaping. Fix the hot tub in the backyard and clean up the landscaping, and you'll have another big selling point.
